View Full Details of Willowbank Care HomeMy Sister, Brother and I, visited a few homes, but none stood out to us like Willowbank Care Home. The kindness and professionalism stood out straight away. Our Mum settled in straight away and is happy at Willowbank. All the residents are top priority to Care Staff. Nothing is to much trouble. The Manager and Deputy Manager are very focused on their Residents and it stands out that Residents are a top priority. All staff are amazing and I would highly recommend Willowbank for your lived ones.
My Mum has been at Willowbank for 8 months at first, she was a bit unsettled and missed her own home. As the weeks went on she has settled in well and now is quite happy to stay. The rooms are nice and clean and she is allowed to add her personal touches. The food is good and the staff goes beyond expectations.
Nothing was too much trouble to help my relative to settle in Willowbank. From the bottom, to the top, of all staff, were amazing. The care and compassion was excellent from arranging care to the end. We felt that Willowbank was a safe and happy environment, which my relative enjoyed.
From the moment I entered Willowbank to view the home I was welcomed by an amazing team. Once Mum moved in she was cared for by very kind and considerate staff. She is settled and happy. She is eating delicious food (which she wasn't eating well before). From the manager, staff who care for Mum, cleaners and kitchen staff, they all make everyone feel welcome.
Very happy.
Love it here.
No problem - very helpful.
Perfect, absolutely wonderful. Good at their job.
Willowbank is a well-run care home with extremely caring staff. It is a small care home with a small number of residents which creates a more "homely" atmosphere. The manager is excellent and very organised and caring.
Visiting my wife at Willowbank frequently, I always feel welcome. I find the staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate to the needs of residents. I am satisfied that my wife is settled and is receiving the care she deserves thanks to the dedication of the staff.
My brother was a Willowbank resident for two years until he sadly passed away this month. He received an exceptional level of care, compassion and support from the Willowbank care team - especially in the days and weeks leading up to his passing. This support also extended to the family. They really are unsung heroes.
Lovely care home, very caring staff, nothing too much trouble. Nice food always. Clean and tidy. Sorry, my husband had to leave and to go into hospital. He enjoyed his time there.
Saw my relative in Willowbank, he seemed happy enough. Staff very nice and approachable. The home seems very nice and clean.
The resident is treated with care and respect. Nothing is too much. Regular activities are provided to stimulate but no pressure to join in is applied. I would be happy to stay here.
We are very happy with the care that mum receives at Willowbank from all the staff. The residents are looked after with genuine care and affection. Weekly activities are well thought out and enjoyable. We always feel welcome by the staff when we visit which is most days. I would highly recommend Willowbank.
My father has been a resident in the care home for 20 months, and his care has been consistently good and often excellent. The care, love and respect from many of the staff made his transition to the care home much easier for him. As his condition has deteriorated over time, the home has been able to alter the focus of the care to suit his needs, a change of expertise that should not be underestimated. Overall, my experience of my father’s time at Willowbank has been very good.
I've made friends here.
Very nice nursing/care home. The staff are lovely from what I've seen up to now. Mum has only been a resident for a few weeks, couldn't be any more helpful. This is a smaller nursing home, making it more cosy and intimate.
I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble when asked for anything. The manager was very helpful when trying to get someone to come and syringe my mum's ears as she couldn't hear anything when the family were speaking to her.
I have found the staff at Willowbank very friendly and supportive with any queries. The manager has gone out of her way to help settle my mum in, she has sorted out any medical problems straight away and kept the family well informed. I find the Willowbank care home to have a very pleasant atmosphere and a safe place for my mum to stay.
