Sadly my mother came into Field View on Wednesday 6th November 2024 as "end of life" from hospital. All your staff from management to carers, kitchen staff and cleaners were amazing how they treated and cared for my mum whilst she was there in her room - nothing was too much trouble and all our family and friends felt the same too. Sadly mum passed away on 16th December 2024 again the staff were so compassionate. Thank you.

Excellent staff all friendly and caring. They have activities every day of the week. Manager is first class.

I find the staff to be caring and friendly to all residents and they will help and listen to all visitors and sort out any problems if they can. They have activities every week day and an artist on a regular basis for example singers etc. It is a good home.

Mum has been happy here from day one. Very happy with the care she receives.

My mum has been in the care home for approximately nine years under two different owners. I have been impressed by the new owners and I have no concerns. The home is clean, warm and a pleasure to visit. The staff are polite and friendly and the management is approachable and informed. We have very good communication in place should there be any problems.

Visited my mother in law today and she's so happy and content in her own little world of dementia. It's nice to see her with such cheer. The staff are wonderful and we know they go above and beyond for their residents. We are so happy she's in a safe environment.

Overall very good. Mum is settled and well looked after. We have noticed more activities and enjoying seeing her participate in these, is it really important to us for her to be engaged.

My mum is new to the care home but she has been in and out of hospital since she arrived, but I am happy with the care she receives. She is well looked after here at Field View.

Mum has been a resident for over 2 years it took her a while to adapt but she is fine now. She doesn't always join in the activities but enjoys watching what's going on. The home has had a programme of improvement and decoration recently which has made it an attractive place for the residents to spend time. The staff are helpful, pleasant and kind and I am satisfied with the decision for mum to live at Field View.

My partner has not been at the home long, the manager was so helpful in getting him into the home. The care staff treat everybody with dignity and respect, the home is so friendly and lovely to see. Thank you Field View, staff team.

Living rooms are bright, colourful and welcoming meals always smell lovely and no complaints from my uncle. The carers are always on hand to assist residents and answer any questions I may have. One carer and Senior Carer are always pleasant, and helpful and treat the residents with dignity at all times. I cannot praise all the staff here enough, they are all amazing and do a fantastic job.

My mum went into respite on Bank Holiday Monday. Mum was quite poorly and had been deteriorating for a while, but when I took her into the lounge, he face lit up and she instantly looked happy. The staff (and residents) were very welcoming and professional. Her room was simple but nice. There was an Easter party happening, with live entertainment, which all the residents were enjoying. The place is clean, secure and full of life. Everyone is happy.

My dad became a resident at Field View earlier this year, in what I could envisage being a traumatic time leaving home. Dad settled in really well quickly. He is looked after, cared for in a way that family couldn't. He enjoys his food and the variety of meals which has recently been updated. The carers and office staff are always on hand for a friendly chat/update. The residents enjoy singers visiting and involving their families on those special evenings. I appreciate what Field View have done for me and my family.

Moved my mum into Field View Care Home about twelve months ago. I have no concerns with her welfare, she is well looked after and the staff are always on hand to discuss any issues or worries I may have. The staff are always very friendly and professional in their care for all the residents. I would advise anyone to consider this care home for their loved ones.

I go to Field View Care Home to see my mother pretty regularly. I find the staff helpful and pleasant in trying times. No task seems too much for the carers. They have good activities for the residents to keep their minds occupied. There is always a menu to know what the meals are for the day. Overall, I feel happy with Field View Care Home that my mother is getting looked after well.

On visiting Field View Care Home over the previous weeks I was impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff are and well cared for. I have been visiting my cousin and he appreciates the help and encouragement from staff - he is happy with his meals and like his bedroom which is big and comfortable. Other clients I speak to are very happy about their care and comfort.

My friend was only in the care home for a short while but the care and friendship he received were excellent. All the staff were caring and approachable. Their care was not only caring but individualised to everyone's needs. They were kept entertained and occupied throughout the day with activities varied and fun.

Field View Care Home came highly recommended by a friend whose mum is there. Being a nurse and having worked in nursing homes myself, all that I wanted was for my mum to have the best possible caring staff available. Someone to care for her as you would. Every member of staff here is superb. Not only for my mum but also for the family. They are knowledgeable, kind and caring. Attending to my mum's needs and ours efficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend Field View Care Home to anyone.
