View Full Details of Stone Acre LodgeMy mother has received excellent care during her stay at Stone Acre Lodge. She has enjoyed living there and finds the staff to be pleasant. Importantly, she has avoided Coronavirus and looks forward to being able to see visitors again.
My mum currently resides at Stone Acre Lodge, and we are more than happy with the care provided by the home and staff. My mum has MS and is the youngest resident there. I feel that the staff do go out of their way to make her feel welcome and happy.
My father has been a recipient of care at Stoneacre Lodge since July 2019. During this time, he has, to my knowledge, always been treated with kindness and compassion. There have been several occasions when his condition has deteriorated and given cause for concern. The staff are swift to contact me with this information. This is greatly appreciated as I live some 150 miles away. They are also quick to let me know if he has other requirements so that I can act upon them. Throughout the time he has been in the Lodge, I have felt informed and included in any decisions that have needed to be taken and found this very reassuring. My father seems very happy, settled and helped, no doubt, by the fact that he previously visited my mother when she was a resident and is able to reminisce about those times with staff members who still work there.
