My father was resident at Burnt Tree between 2021 to December 2024. The care my father received from staff and management improved significantly in the last year and I have no complaints. I received regular updates from the team on my father's welfare and care and had confidence that his care was in good hands. Thanks for the care and support my father received.

The very high standards are still being maintained. All the staff do an excellent job in looking after my mother, the other residents and the care home. The home is very clean, the meals are excellent, the staff are always smiling. The activities and entertainment are very good. Overall, excellent!

My mum has been in Burnt Tree Croft Care Home for just over eighteen months and the care she receives has been truly outstanding. All the staff are lovely and treat her with dignity and kindness. She really enjoys the activities and there always seems to be different things going on to keep her engaged with life inside the care home. She has Alzheimer's and we tried hard to care for her in her own home until we could no longer cope but as a family we feel lucky and forever grateful to Burnt Tree Croft for taking her in and providing the special care that she needs.

My mum is a resident at Burnt Tree Croft. Our family are so happy with the amazing care that she is being given there. She is treated with respect and dignity and is as happy as she can be in life, living with Alzheimer's disease. There is always good communication with our family, if any issues arise and every member of staff are dedicated to her well-being. I really wish these amazing people were paid more, they do wonderful work.

Since my nannan has been in the care home, the staff always listen, answer all our questions and concerns. Nan is getting old and her dementia worse, but knowing she is well looked after makes me and the rest of the family sleep better at night and worry a lot less, so thank you. You do an amazing job.

Lovely little care home, my grandad is currently on the top floor of Burnt Tree Croft and is being cared for very well. He has dementia due to having two strokes and has his moments but the carers there are always patient with him and make sure he is well looked after. Thankyou
