Early days but so far so good the staff seem polite and re assuring they get on top of things especially when it comes to paper work and equipment like the chair mat also gp etc my grandma has had a couple of wobble sessions but has soon settled in and when I phone up they are polite and re assuring as I said above they have seemed to settled her in yes its still early days but I'm sure she will start to feel happy and same and settle down even more in time. Even phone me to say she was been discharged and on her way to the care home and that she arrived. From what hurd I'd say she will settle there I'm glad I went with this care home cant wait to visit the place and staff once shes settled in few more days or so.

I would like to thank the Carr Croft team of carers for their total dedication to their task of looking after the residents. My 57 year old special needs nephew has been a resident for over five years so I can provide this review to cover a long period. All the other residents are over 70 years old, some in their 90's. I have witnessed the care team working during ideal times and extremely difficult times, especially during the height of the Covid epidemic. Throughout the 2 - 3 year Covid period, the care home functioned fully due to the expert guidance of the manager and her devoted team. I am really happy that my nephew is residing at Carr Croft, he is so happy there.

My mother has stayed here twice recently and been happy both times. I don’t feel I need to worry whilst she’s there.
