Very friendly staff, give good care to residents
The staff are always welcoming, attentive and helpful. Their level of care and attention to the residents is excellent and they take time to get to know each and every one of them and their needs. No request is too much and they are always happy to assist in any requests for information or help we require. We have always enjoyed our visits for the last four years and the strong working relationship we feel have formed. A lovely atmosphere always.
Happy with his care, great staff very helpful
The staff are lovely care home is clean
My Mum has settled well and I'm confident this is down to the staff and their commitment to give as best care possible. My Mum talks highly of not only the staff but also the range of activities on offer and joins in lots of enjoyable time with other residents.
We visit every month for 2 to 3 hours. We find our sister-in-law very happy and settled in Victoria House. The care staff are caring and polite to everyone. The home looks clean and tidy, plus there seem to be many activities for the residents ie exercise classes, silent discos and singers who perform every so often and craft sessions are well-liked by my sister-in-law.
Mum was very happy here.
My mum seems happy so I'm happy.
Kind friendly staff. Residents are well cared for and have lots of activities.
Very happy with how Mum has settled in. Always happy when I visit and tells me how everyone is lovely and kind.
The support and help my aunty has received has been amazing. She arrived not too good for wear. After only a short while she looks so well and well looked after. I no longer worry about her to the extent I did. The staff are there at all times, and in my experience they are friendly. They have been there to discuss my aunty.
My aunt has come leaps and bounds since being in Victoria House. She is looked after very well and the staff are fantastic.
My relative is well looked after and they attend to his needs. The staff are really friendly and always keep us up to date on his daily requirements.
Victoria House is a loving, friendly home with care at its heart. There are plenty of activities for the residents if they wish to join in.The staff care not just for the residents but also their families. I have yet to meet an unfriendly staff member. The rooms are kept clean and tidy and the meals are good. I wish I could move in!
Great, friendly, Dad loves it here.
Mum moved into Victoria House after a bad fall at home and failing health, unfortunately we were just going into lockdown so couldn't see her face to face for a while but had regular video calls with her with the support or staff. She was treated with respect and when her health deteriorated even further and she was put on end of life care, we made the decision for her to be cared for in Victoria House instead of going into hospital. We were kept informed about her needs at all time and could visit at any time of day or night. She sadly passed away in February with her family by her side. My mum and all the family were treated with the utmost respect at this very difficult time and the staff were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Victoria House to friends and family.
Happy with care, very good.
My brother is very happy in his care home which makes myself and my other brothers happy also.
My auntie has gone into the care home and she seems very happy. She says the staff look after her very well and do all they can for her. She likes her room and enjoys all the company of staff.
