View Full Details of Vicarage Court Care HomeVicarage Court is not just a care home. All the staff treat the residents as if they are their family. I cannot express enough how they are all so friendly. They all have hearts of gold. In fact, I'm booking a room for when/if I need one. Vicarage Court and staff should have 5 stars at the side of their name.
My mother was a resident at the Vicarage Court for 15 months and everything about her care was exceptional. The staff all made sure that her time there was as good as it possibly could be. It was her home. Everyone went above and beyond with her and they were like family to her. Cannot praise everyone highly enough.
Our mum spent four wonderful years here before her passing. Her care was second to none. Wonderful staff and admin. Always very happy to help if we had problems. Plenty of entertainment daily. Rooms always very clean and tidy. Big gardens to sit out in. Simply the best.
Excellent care home. Staff are fantastic, caring and compassionate. Go over and beyond to help. Would highly recommend.
Mum came in 3 weeks ago on respite and I am very happy with every aspect of Vicarage Court. I hope Mum will be happy and eventually be a resident. She does love all the staff and food etc. but is still settling in.
I am a regular visitor and I am always made welcome by the lovely staff and the residents. The home is clean and well lit and very spacious.
Lovely nursing home with a nice, bright atmosphere. Very clean and very welcoming. Staff are excellent, my mum seems to love them all. Always something going on during the week. Thanks to all the lovely entertainment team.
I have always found staff to be professional, caring and personable. They have assisted my mother to settle and take time out, even just a couple of minutes to 'see how she is' or talk to her. The daily activities are one of the things I think have helped my mum. I have been able to be reassured that Mum is looked after so I can be a daughter again and be supportive of her. They are very caring, also very supportive of me. The staff who enable and organise the leisure activities do a good job and allow me to take part also.
Warm and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
Mum has been here for two-and-a-half years. She has always received the best care and all of the staff are fantastic and treat her with such respect and love. I definitely know that she is always cared for and looked after.
My husband has just returned home after his second respite stay at Vicarage Court. He has loved every minute of his stay again. When we arrived with him, all the love and care were so evident from all the staff who remembered him. The way he was greeted was amazing. I had no worries about leaving him in their care. Every member of staff, from management to cleaners was fantastic with him. He loves getting involved with the activities and what he made has pride of place at home now. He can't wait for his next holiday. Thank you, everyone, for my little break.
My wife has been a resident here for several months now and myself and her family are more than satisfied with the care she is receiving. The staff are all friendly, very efficient and caring and the place is always spotlessly clean. We are on first name terms with all the staff and the place is very much a home-from-home. We couldn't be happier.
Very friendly staff. The care received is of a very professional standard and everyone is very helpful. Good variety of food and drink.
I have loved every minute, out of this world. Worth every penny. I don't have a bad word to say.
I have visited the home four times, no matter which staff I encountered during these trips they were all very accommodating and helpful. My grandma had been sceptical of the idea of living in a care home, but certainly enjoyed her time, and was well taken care of.
I found the care home staff to be friendly, warm and caring. They treated my mother-in-law with dignity and respect right up to the end. The manager gave great support to myself and the rest of the family and was always approachable when needed. The care staff were always on hand to answer any questions we might have had.
When I visited my nanna the staff at the care home were always professional. My nanna was always clean and I was happy with the care she received. The manager was always approachable when I needed to ask any questions. At the end, the ladies looked after my nanna and treated her with great respect and made her look lovely.
The care received by my relative is exceptional. The staff always take time with her and are always available to discuss my relative's health. There is a doctor available for her to see if she has any issues and she is listened to by all staff and feels welcome and as comfortable as possible.
My mum made the decision to move into Vicarage Court Care Home in May 2023. She had spent three months respite there several years earlier and had loved it. Unfortunately Mum's health deteriorated quickly and she only spent two months there before she passed away. During her time there she was cared for by an incredible team with love, compassion and dignity to make her stay there the best it could be. As a family we were shown such kindness and given so much support at this sad time and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You are all angels.
I found the staff at Vicarage Court Care Home very professional and caring. I was kept aware of any changes and needs of my relative who was residing there for palliative care. The buildings and rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times. I would recommend Vicarage Court to anyone needing a care home either for themselves or a relative.
