View Full Details of Queensgate Care HomeI cannot praise the staff enough for the care they give my husband. They go above and beyond and are so friendly. The relief I now have knowing my husband is safe and well cared for is unbelievable. The meals are always good and freshly cooked. Spotlessly clean. The manager and the staff are the best. Massive thank you to you all.
New to the home, but what I've experienced up to now is good. I think they could do with a bit more entertainment for the residents. Staff are lovely and the manager is so lovely, listens to everything you have to say and sorts it for you.
They treat Mum with kindness and compassion. If there is a problem, they are always quick to sort it. I have open and honest dialogue with the management team and staff. The home is going through a full refurbishment, which when complete will make it brighter and more modern. The only downside is there is no private garden for the residents.
Under new management moving forward positively, new manager is lovely and makes time to speak to families and is compassionate towards residents. Staff are now consistent and longer serving now and kind, listening to residents' wishes. The home is modern, bright, happy. A vacancy for activities coordinator is waiting to be filled. This is a big part of their daily life allowing residents to go on shopping outings and other venues. Overall, a lovely home.
