I found this care home for my aunt following a recommendation from a
relative (and after a bad experience elsewhere). My aunt could be
difficult to please, particularly since she developed dementia and had
always been so active and independent until being 'hospitalised'. It is
a small care home but because of that the staff get to know their
residents really well and make sure their needs are met. I found the
staff to be very responsive and willing and able to contact/chase
professionals when needed. They judged when my aunt was deteriorating
and made the appropriate interventions. In short, she was treated with
dignity, respect and kindness which is what she would have wanted.
