View Full Details of The Manor HouseMy brother loves living at The Manor. His care needs are met and staff have been responsive to his changing health needs. The food is good, and a variety is offered. My brother is involved in decision-making with regards his room decor. I have found the manager and carers caring and they involve me in my brothers care. Staff take the residents out on trips regularly for socialisation and treats
I like living at The Manor House. All staff are helpful. I enjoy the meals. I have made friends. I feel confident.
The Manor House is a good place for my son, they take care of him and keep him safe. Plenty of things to do for him. Highly recommend.
The care home takes very good care of my sister's needs, some of the staff are more like friends than carers, they keep me informed about all aspects of her care and they listen to any input I may have, importantly she is very happy there.
Very, very good. I think the staff and support are amazing. I have my own cottage and my own cat, and he is happy too. The staff help to look after my cat sox and helped to put a cat flap in. I’ve decorated my cottage in the colours that I wanted. The staff listen to people and support me well.
I previously reviewed this home as excellent. My brother has lived at The Manor House for over 5 years. While I was happy with the service, management has changed and the service is no longer what it was. The majority of the staff are good and caring and I still see that when I visit. Management, however, is now poor. Complaints are not taken seriously, and essentially the new manager either ignores you or tries to sweep any concern under the carpet. Also note if you do complain, management will then ignore any future requests you make.
It is nice.
I love the staff.
I like living here.
Absolutely fantastic setup, staff go way beyond any expectations.
The care that our nephew receives at Manor House is excellent. The staff are attentive, kind, well experienced and always willing to help.
