Absolutely lovely staff who can't do enough for their residents, it's such a lovely homely place to be/visit.. My mum loves being there and I love coming up there to see her and when I do she's always got a smile on her face and really happy to see us and when I leave my mind is massively at ease knowing how cared for and looked after she is..

Springvale is a comfortable, clean and caring environment. The staff provide excellent professional care and are very much focussed on the wellbeing of the residents. Staff are friendly and attentive. Above all Springvale is a safe environment. It is a welcoming place.

Having visited several homes within a ten-mile radius, I was confident that Barchester Springvale Court Care Home was the most suitable home to care for my wife. Having visited my wife several times a week for eight months, I know that I made the right decision. The home is expertly managed, always clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly and efficient.

Mam suffers from dementia and has been a resident since February 2024. The day she was admitted was her 90th birthday and the staff gave her flowers, card and a cake on arrival, such a lovely gesture. Words cannot express how very professional, caring and sympathetic all the staff are. They have spent a lot of money on extending and maintaining the garden which on a sunny day is a lovely place to sit. This home was the first one me and my sister visited and after looking around we made our choice. We have not been disappointed. Well done team Barchester Springvale Court Care Home.

My very elderly aunt was admitted some time ago to Barchester Springvale Court Care Home due to dementia. She settled in fairly quickly and seemed content. Over time, her condition deteriorated slowly until recently when she was put on end-of-life care. The staff (all inclusive) have been excellent. Their attitude, their friendliness, their care and professionalism have been second to none. They have become my aunt's full-time family when we could not be. They have made a very difficult and emotional time so much easier to get through. I have, in the past, worked within the care sector and know very well the difference between good, indifferent and poor care facilities. My background means I know what to take note of and I can honestly say that I had no concerns at all about the standards at this facility or the staff, I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to all concerned.

My mam has been in this care home since 2019, I could not have wished for a good home for her, she gets on with all the staff really well, she is well looked after and all her care needs are met, it's a fantastic home. She settled in straight away. The staff are amazing, they always keep me informed of any changes with my mam.

My sister has been Springvale Court since March 2023. I have visited her regularly since. I found the surroundings and the staff very nice. There is a lovely atmosphere wherever I go. The staff are excellent and very caring, they have a great sense of humour and my family and I have great laughs with them. I feel she is in a safe place and most days she is happy.

Having to put my Mam into a care home has been heartbreaking but the staff at this care home have made things so much easier. Every single member of staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone is well looked after and cared for even if it’s just being there for my Mam to talk to. If you are thinking of putting your loved one in this care home I highly recommend it! I can’t thank the staff enough.

Lovely. Home staff are lovely very helpful. Management lovely as well room's very pleasant very clean looked after Dad as soon as he came in cup of tea straight away, they took him to the club and he joined in with the activities.

My husband has been in for 1 month. They have lowered the age to 60 years for him. He has settled well and I also feel at home when I go to visit. Always made very welcome. The staff are all local people and always smile, speak and remember our names and are always very helpful, understanding, kind and compassionate.

On entering this home for the first time, I got an instant vibe that it was friendly, caring and clean. My mam has been a resident for three months now and we, her family, have never seen her happier. The staff are all very caring, approachable and friendly and they treat all their resident with dignity and care. The home is lovely, clean and everyone is always happy. The food is lovely and I like that there is a choice for breakfast, lunch etc.

Can't recommend the care home enough. The staff go above and beyond their duties, they're hardworking, kind, thoughtful and caring. It is a nice feeling knowing my mother's in capable, caring hands. I'm confident she's getting the best care possible for her condition. All staff and management deserve the utmost respect. Well done all.

This is a new experience for me, unfortunately, I have had to learn very quickly because of the way my mother's health turned around. We had my mother-in-law in this home some ten years ago and always thought it was the right place for her. The staff are all very professional and kind and always have a smile on their faces when we go in to visit. the place itself is nipping clean with no smell which was one of the things I dreaded. Mother can be a bit awkward at times but the staff took it all on board and spent a lot of time encouraging her to mix. The food always smells nice and my mother has never complained, she is a very fussy eater but she seems to eat well, as I can see she is putting weight on. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff collect her washing and returns it the next day which is great. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this place or the staff. It's such a relief that we now know Mother is well looked after and safe.

I have only been in since May. The regular staff are lovely but agency are not so good. Day shift is better than night shift. The entertainment is good when we have it (or activities) but needs to be more regular. My room is cleaned every day and is spotless. The lounge is my least favourite place, it is too small. This is a lovely place though, I feel safe.

So far my experience with Springvale Court Care Home has been excellent. The staff are all lovely. My dad has settled in very well here. I feel he is getting the care he needs. I know he is safe and there is no way he can get out. He is getting well fed and the food always looks really good and I know he enjoys what he gets as he usually has seconds! Overall I am happy with Dad's care.

The staff are excellent. The home is clean and tidy. The atmosphere is friendly. My cousin is being very well cared for. No problems at all.

My 92-year-old Mam has just been in Springvale for 2 weeks of respite care. We can't thank all the care staff and the home administrator for giving us the opportunity for a break. All the care staff made Mam very welcome and settled her into her short-term home so that we didn't have any worries about going on holiday. Her care was excellent. Springvale is so clean with great facilities and activities we can't fault the care at all. Mam especially enjoyed the activities that the Activities Coordinator had arranged and even came out with sparkly nails which she loved! We really appreciated all that everybody did for Mam! Thank You!

Really pleased with the care being given to my mam. The staff are pleasant and patient with mam - who can be difficult at times. Although she has only been in Springvale for a short time, her health and appearance have greatly improved. This is all down to the lovely staff.
