We cannot recommend Ashton Grange highly enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, it had a very warm, welcoming feel about it - a home from home. The staff are incredibly compassionate and attentive and go above and beyond to ensure every individual is comfortable and happy. The facilities are spotless and very well-maintained. A lot of thought goes into all aspects of the care and service they provide. Knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands brings us great peace of mind. Having been transferred from another facility (a different company) following an extremely negative experience, we were blown away by Aston Grange - a shining example of how care homes should be!

Excellent, caring, approachable, informative, understanding, pleasant, responsive to queries, if they do not know the answer to a query they go out of their way to find the answer. Overall extremely caring and knowledgeable, and very supportive. 'Thank you' is such a simple thing to say, but 'thank you, thank you' to all the staff at Ashton Grange.

Lovely care home with, wonderful staff and management. It is very clean, all the residents are happy and the staff goes out of their way to help. The staff are very knowledgeable, food is excellent. My grandmother speaks so highly of the staff and the care she receives and always has a smile on her face.

I always refer to the staff at Ashton Grange as "angels in disguise." They all do an amazing job in the most challenging of circumstances. Nothing is too much bother for them. My mother is still with us due to the exceptional care she receives. They also take an interest in me and are always welcoming, despite their busy workload.

We found my mam's experience to be excellent, cannot fault anything, her room and facilities are lovely. The staff have been great with both my mam and all the family, great care and friendly. Plenty of activities to keep all the residents entertained which is lovely, helped my mam settle in. We have been very lucky to find a lovely care home.

I cannot thank this care home enough, they have cared for my mum so well, cleanliness is excellent meals good, joins in with activities. Staff are caring and respectful. A huge thank you.

Had a visit to see my aunty and found the home was clean and tidy, and my aunt was well looked after. I found the staff were very professional in their jobs. I always look forward to visiting this home as it is very down-to-earth, clean and tidy and very homely.

Today on the 23/12/23 I recently spoke to a senior carer where my father currently resides regarding a fall he had on the 9/12/23 and is currently waiting for an x-ray. Can I start by saying no one informed me of the fall or how bad it was, I only found out when I recently visited him and saw bruising on his hand and arms. So I rang today for a progress report to see if he had the x-ray. Unfortunately he is still waiting and I was rudely told, and I quote 'its not our job we are just carers'. My father has been in since March 2023 and he's fallen twice, some of the senior staff and management lack professionalism and aptitude. I'm currently in the process to have my father removed to somewhere better. Given what I now know, I personally would avoid this care home like the plague.

Ashton Grange Care Home is an excellent care home, it is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My dad gets looked after, the staff check on him all the time. 10/10. Thanks.

This is an amazing home the best I have been in. My aunt is extremely well cared for and loves it here. The staff are wonderful and caring and as for the smell much better than most private homes I've been in. The food is fantastic and the home and rooms are just spotless. It's a pleasure to have my aunt in here wouldn't put her anywhere else. Well done on all your good work.

Visited the home in March to see a relative who is receiving care. The care home has very high standards and the staff were very friendly and professional. Home cleanliness is excellent and residents are well looked after. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a suitable care home.

My aunt has been a resident in Ashton Grange for over two years. The care she receives is amazing, the staff are wonderful, kind, and friendly. The home is spotless and would like to thank them for keeping everyone safe.

The care and attention my mother has in this care home is fantastic. The staff are very caring. The home is also spotless and they keep you informed of all the changes in visiting etc. We are really happy she is being well looked after and it takes a lot off our minds to know she is being well looked after. We cannot thank the staff enough for the care provided to our Mam in her final years. The support they gave our family was excellent, we never had any concerns about her welfare here, the staff were caring and attentive to her needs, our gratitude to them all.

Lovely staff. My friend is so happy, she said the meals are excellent and loves her room. Staff go above and beyond. My friend always seems happy and the staff look after her very well, the staff have ensured that they have taken care of residents during coronavirus and always go that extra mile.

My mum has been at Ashton Grange for just over two and a half years and in that time her health has improved significantly. The staff have to be praised for the excellent care they give her and especially during the recent challenges of the pandemic, where they have taken every precaution to keep everyone safe and well. I never have to worry about Mum as I know that if anything was a concern, that staff would let us know immediately. The staff are all so helpful and go the extra mile.

I would like to thank all staff members of Ashton Grange for all of the care that they provided over the years for my mother. The ongoing care and support made my mother's final years happy and comfortable and she passed away at Ashton Grange in a place she called home. Staff were fantastic and fully supportive at this difficult time. Thank you.

When visiting my aunt I always find the staff very caring and kind. The home always has a nice atmosphere and is always very clean. I am always offered a drink and snack. My aunt always says she is happy and settled and that gives our family peace of mind. All the staff do an amazing job and should be very proud of themselves.

Very pleased with all care towards my mam. Very homely and staff go out of their way to see to her. I have found the care is first class also food.

This is an amazing home the best I have been in. My aunt is extremely well cared for and loves it here. The staff are wonderful and caring and as for the smell much better than most private homes I've been in. The food is fantastic and the home and rooms are just spotless.
