The staff arranged some great activities throughout December. Christmas felt very homely for my friend, she enjoyed meeting Santa! The staff were outstanding, treating residents as family. the staff at Elwick Grange work so hard with great commitment and integrity.

Elwick Grange made sure that residents and visitors were kept up to date with anything and everything that would be going on for the lead up to Christmas. Mam and myself felt personally included and very much a big part in mam's daily life which the fantastic team have always made me feel.

Lovely staff and really helpful, mam enjoys the food. They encourage mam to be more mobile, they keep her clean and taken care of. Her room is pleasant and kept nice and clean. I am happy that mam is happy and been so well cared for.

My aunt is in Elwick Grange, she is very happy there. The home is very clean and the staff are very helpful. They always go above and beyond to ensure everyone is cared for.

Absolutely brilliant service dad loves it. The staff are polite and attentive to the needs of the residents. As soon as you mention anything is always done quickly with a smile on their faces. No complaints or recommendations just keep on doing what you are doing.

My mother has been in Elwick Grange for over a year. The decision to place my mother in a care home was a very difficult one. However, Elwick Grange, the staff, quality of care and the whole environment are excellent. Well done Elwick Grange.

My mam came for respite in August this year and luckily was able to secure a permanent room. She is well care for at this home, it's warm, the staff are friendly and approachable and I feel my mam is happy here. A particular mention to the girls who entertain the residents, who do their best to stimulate their brains. Also to two staff members in particular who she really feels comfortable with, thank you.

A very pleasant dwelling place with a lovely park opposite to watch the squirrels running up the trees. All the staff are kind and helpful with a ready smile. The home is kept very clean and comfortable.

The staff are always understanding, attentive and caring with my Mam, who suffers with Dementia and can sometimes be a "bit confused". The family know that Mam's in a safe place and being looked after by the quality team at Elwick Grange.

We found Elwick Grange to be very welcoming, and friendly upon our first visit. We were made to feel at home and mum settled in very quickly considering she had come straight from hospital. We are more than happy with the accommodation and the staff are great with mum. She is very happy here which makes us happy that she is in a safe place. We are really pleased she got a place here.

From my parent being admitted to Elwich Grange I have felt reassured that she is receiving quality care. the staff found out a lot about her needs, likes, dislikes pre-entry, and have always endeavoured to try to care for them and provide opportunities for her to get the best experience from her time there. The staff are caring and treat her with dignity. They are always available to discuss any concerns/worries and keep me well informed of any range in circumstances or any medical needs.

Our family is very happy with the care our mam received from all the staff at Elwich Grange care home. It is comforting to see the smiles on mams face when the staff talk to her. We enjoy seeing her take part in some of the activities and seeing the photocards on the social media page. The home is always clean, warm and welcoming.
