All staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is a trouble with any of them, they all go out of their way to help you, if you need anything you only have to ask. All staff are very caring, patient, and understanding to mam's condition which is very reassuring.

Mam's stay at Sheraton Court has been pleasant and welcoming. Everything that we had heard has been met and we feel that she is now safe and well cared for. The staff are always pleasant and do exactly what we ask. A big plus to all here; pleasant surroundings and a great service which is most reassuring.

The home and staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble! The staff look after my dad's needs very well and check his medication daily. We are very pleased with the care here.

My dad has been a resident of Sheraton Court for 28 months and I must say his care has been excellent. The staff are friednly and very approachable and nothing has been any trouble for the care of Dad. He has had a couple of health scares but the staff have been on top of everything and got medical care in as soon as possible.

Mam has been in Sheraton Court for 18 months now, after suffering a stroke which left her unable to live independently. And as a family, we cannot express our thanks to the staff enough, for their dedicated care and attention and their continued support, especially over the last few days when mams condition deteriorated. I would recommend Sheraton Court 100% to anyone looking for a care home for their relatives. Keep up the good work everyone.

My mum has been living in Sheraton Court Care Home for almost a year now. She is very happy here, the care is so good, activities are plenty and she takes part in almost all of them. The staff all treat residents with such kindness and dignity and the home has a lovely atmosphere. We made the right decision for mum to go here as we feel she has thrived.

The level of care my mum received during her stay at Sheraton Court, Hartlepool was outstanding. To see the love shown to her by all of the staff left us in awe as to how they continued day in, and day out to maintain that level of care. It takes special people to create the special environment that has been created at Sheraton and it's been comforting to know Mum sent her last weeks on earth amongst such wonderful human beings. Thank you from all of our family.

We cannot fault for the care that our mum received during her three-month stay. Everyone was so kind. Mum was on end of life care for the last tend days and the staff couldn't have been kinder. So gentle, coming in to see her when finishing or starting shifts, phoning in on their days off. They also looked after all the family as we stayed with Mum night and day. Regular drinks and food and checking how we were. Thank you isn't enough.

The care, love, and compassion shown by all the staff during my Mothers's last three months was second to none, we could not have asked for better. The staff are absolutely superb and they will have our gratitude forever!

Absolutely abysmal treatment during my mum's week long stay for rehabilitation. She was supposed to have 2 weeks but after numerous incidents, we couldn't wait to get her out. Had to fight for her pain medication, resorting to contacting social care to get involved. Had to fight for everything really, basic holistic care doesn't seem to exist here. Issues raised with the manager but not entirely convinced were taken seriously despite reassurances. Would absolutely not recommend and am considering taking matters further.

Very friendly staff, very pleasant environment, the staff are very attentive even when it may appear to be short staffed. The reception staff are always welcoming. We did check out other care homes in the area before choosing Sheraton Court and can honestly say, from the manager down to the hostesses, they have made my friend and myself feel very safe, secure, and loved. Well done to you all.

I feel absolutely blessed to have both of my parents here at Sheraton Court. I have an excellent relationship with all staff and management teams and feel able to talk to them about any concerns or worries about Mum and Dad. I have great peace of mind knowing the quality of care that is available every day.

My mother moved into Sheraton Court on the 29th of May. She has settled in really well and is very happy there and says it is a good place to live. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to her which has helped her feel at ease in her new home. The care and kindness she is shown are greatly appreciated and I feel happy that she is being very well looked after.

The care home is excellent and my dad is well cared for day and night. All the staff are hard-working and treat my dad with respect and dignity. The home is spotlessly clean and the food is of excellent quality. Reception staff are kine and welcoming.
