I cannot fault Grove Lodge and Courtyard. The staff and other residents have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. If I could stay here permanently I would. The progress I have and continue to make is amazing and could not have been achieved without both the staff and other residents.

I like it here, the staff are very supportive and caring and are always there for me when I need them to either talk or help me with anything.

Management and staff are always very courteous and friendly when approached for any help or assistance. The service user is extremely happy with his accommodation and the care and support given.

Amazing care home with great facilities, the care is very good and well managed by the team. The team are an amazing asset to the company and the care they provide is second to none. Well done.

It's very reassuring to know that my brother is happy and in good hands staying at the Grove. He really likes the food and enjoys the organised trips out and about which provide a welcome change of scenery.

The atmosphere in the care home is friendly and welcoming. The care and support are very good. We get a good variety of food and drink. The cleaners are excellent and hard working. They are friendly and very thorough. The staff are friendly and engaging, The cccupational therapy woman is very good and does her job very well. Management is fair and caring, always there if you need them. I have praise for the facilities and the two hard handy people, I like my room and the en-suite, the only negative is no showers in the rooms.

My experience living at Grove is that staff and carers are polite and courteous, staff negotiate tasks to a nature where they are good to solve and do. They could all be paid more and to be fair people work but get little for it. Although what they do is a lot. Am pleased that I live here. It's a good conclusion practically.

I would just like to say anyone looking for a mental health facilitiy, look no further than The Grove & The Courtyard. I have found it to be well led by the management. All the staff are highly trained, friendly and approachable. They are very supportive of the service users and their families. For me, it is reassuring to know my husband is in a safe, caring environment, surrounded by people who truly do care.

I am a long term patient. I believe there are only loving consideration and understanding carers that are suited to my needs. So deliverance here my rescue and salvation and this works well for the entire household and everybody. Thanking that I live here.

A brilliant source of rehabilitation friendly and professional throughout.

Initially, when living in the care home it takes some getting used to eg: sleep, meds, etc. The laundry service is good with the service of the machines is done. Activities are very good with the supply of materials for colouring books. We can cook our own meals at any time during the day.

When I came here, I wasn't in a good place and now I am starting to realise I was crying out for help but couldn't find it. I will be forever grateful for the care and support I have received while I have been in these people's care and I now do believe these people have given me my life back.
