The Lakes has provided wonderful care for my mum over a number of years. The management team are always very approachable, professional and supportive. The staff work hard with a kind caring manner while helping to provide a homely safe environment for all the residents. After the refurbishment the facilities are modern and ensure the comfort needed, while also providing daily activities for many interests for all to take part and enjoy. I would highly recommend the lakes to any family looking for care of a family member.

I visited my friend yesterday and was very impressed with the care he is given. The staff are good and considering the cases they have to work with, they do a great job. I met with the supervisor and she was helpful. I have met the manager before and she was great too. Thank you for what you are doing for my friend. I looked after him for a long time but know he's now in good hands. Thank you.

My experience of The Old Vicarage, in relation to the care of my wife, has always been excellent. Your reception of me, as a visitor, has always been most considerate and kind for which I say a big thank you.

The Old Vicarage is one of the most caring homes. My mother was only there for a few months. She had come from another home, and we were a little worried how she would accept the change. We had no need to have worried, as it is a real home for everyone, we felt welcomed, and nothing was too much trouble. The manager is one of the nicest managers we have known, and her management skills feed onto the staff. The staff are so caring and professional, compassionate that they are part of our family. We would highly recommend this home.
