My dad and mum are both looked after and safe. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Croft Avenue Care Home is like one big family and I'm very happy my parents are being looked after so well.

Dad has only been at Croft Avenue for 2 weeks. In that time we can see he is being cared for by a team of dedicated carers who put the residents first. They have made him feel welcome in a calm, friendly, relaxed way. There is laughter, fun and above all a sense of humour, which dad has responded to well. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit any requests we have are dealt with promptly and efficiently, nothing is too much bother! The food is very good, always plenty of choice. There is a good variety of activities available, we are so pleased to see dad is joining in. We as a family are extremely happy with the care dad is receiving. Thank you to all the staff at Croft Avenue.

My husband has been cared for at Croft Avenue Care Home for almost two years. The staff are amazing - always so very polite and so very respectful of the residents. Special mention to the receptionist who always welcomes us with a huge smile.

There is always a good atmosphere when you walk in. All staff friendly. Lots of activities going on. My friend is very happy there.

Since my sister-in-law moved into Croft Avenue Care Home, she has got a new lease of life. Her days are filled with different activities, and she loves the garden. She has a nice clean rooms, loves the food, and the staff are great. Visitors are made very welcome too, when you walk in it has a nice friendly atmosphere. Care homes haven't had good press lately, but I would recommend Croft Avenue 100%.

My mother's care is very good and she is very content. Her room is always clean and tidy and the staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. She enjoys the food and the many activities that the staff organise.

Always a pleasure coming to see neighbour. From the moment you step foot into Croft Avenue, the warmth and friendliness of the staff is wonderful. My neighbour continues to enjoy living here and now considers this her home. She continues to thrive. She loves the activities and helps the other residents too. A few of us visit every week and even the other residents have chats with us. For anyone looking for a care home for relatives, this is definitely first rate.

There is a great atmosphere in Croft Avenue, the staff are helpful and informative. Residents are looked after and my friend is always happy here. Any concerns are dealt with efficiently.

Mum has been at Croft Avenue for about 6 months now and I can't speak more highly of how she is being cared for both physically and mentally. The care staff have been excellent and it takes a weight off our family's shoulders to know that she is being so well looked after.

My Mother has been in Croft Avenue for nearly three years, she is happy, settled, content, and putting on weight! The staff are so caring and attentive, help is always at hand, and any questions are answered promptly and efficiently. The name has recently been decorated and refurbished to a high standard, there is a homely atmosphere and I do enjoy visiting as there is a lovely group of residents in at the moment who are all friendly and chatty. Big thank you to all the staff.

I visit a friend who is a resident, so I don't have any comments on some aspects shown below. However, the lady I visit seems happy and cared for. The staff I have encountered treat her with respect and are friendly and approachable. There seems to be a lot of joy in the place and it has a welcoming and pleasant environment.

My grandmother has had a rough few years with illness and prolonged hospital stays, leading to us having to find residential care. I can honestly say I had serious doubts about Croft Avenue, but a week in, she was thriving! She is spotlessly clean, entertained and well-fed, and it is heartwarming to see the relationship she has with the staff!

Eating well each. At table with 2/4 people. Full meals, cup of tea and biscuits - each day. Mostly brushing my own teeth. Enjoys having visits from me and 2 brothers and local female with sister in Australia and family in South Scotland. Walks herself around the home - up and down from own rooms walking to and from meals and toilet. Likes doing knitting in different colours. Pleased with support and encouraging of staff.

All the staff at Croft Avenue are kind and caring. They treat each resident as an individual and cater to their needs accordingly. I feel that my mother-in-law is safe and well looked after.

Excellent care home with lovely staff and a lovely environment. Real sense of companionship and the communication from the staff was brilliant from the start. Can't thank you all enough and we would recommend Croft Avenue to others considering care.

Our first impressions of the home are of a light, airy, clean, comfortable home. The staff are all approachable, efficient, caring and fully aware of Mum's needs. Mum's initial anxiety was quickly eased and she frequently refers to the staff's kindness.

Prompt, professional action when my mother fell in her room on 20/10/23. I am always contacted by a senior member of staff when there are issues of concern regarding my mother. I find all members of staff very approachable, welcoming and informative.

Mum has been a resident at Croft Avenue Care Home for nearly a year now. She is very happy, really enjoys company and taking part in the many activities. she is always clean and tidy and in the main lounge area with other residents. The staff without exception are really friendly and helpful. My sister and I are genuinely happy with all the care mum receives. She has Alzheimer's and was no longer safe in her own home.
