Brilliant staff - they obviously care very much about the residents. Nothing is too much trouble for them! I am in no doubt that my dad is very well cared for!

Langley Park care home care is above and beyond what I have expected for my father. They are so attentive to his needs at all times. He is very content and happy in Langley Park. The food and facilities are very good. His room is always very clean and well kept at all times. All the communal areas are clean and bright. There's lots of brilliant quizzes and bingo session also sing along and activities to join in to. Staff always have a good relationship with my father they are always very chatty and full of fun.

The care home provides a good standard of care for my aunty. She is now settled well and feels safe, warm and cared for. If I ask staff for anything that needs attention or that I'm worried about, the response is usually quick and clear. Management and staff communicate well. Looking forward to using the outside area (garden). No doubt this will need some attention after the storms.

On entering the care home there is always a warm, friendly greeting from all the staff. I find they all work so hard looking after the residents. The food looks lovely and is always well-presented. There is often fundraising to collect money for charity and the home. Overall I am very happy with the care my Dad gets and pleased we chose Langley Park Care Home.

Our father came to Langley Park care home at the end of May 2024, and he absolutely loved being there. The staff are so friendly that he wished he'd come earlier! He particularly enjoyed Fish and Chip Friday and the freedom he had to order his own things online, which gave him a degree of independence that he enjoyed.

My Dad has been in Langley Park since the beginning of June and is now a permanent resident. I have to say how grateful I am to the wonderful staff who care for him. Dad was slow to settle and took a while for him to leave his room. He now visits the lounge daily and tells me the staff works very hard and he couldn't manage at home now. He likes the food. I find my visits (3-4 times a week) are very pleasant and feel quite at home myself. Everyone is so friendly.

This review does not relate solely to October but to every day my Dad has resided at Langley Park Care Home. All of the staff are very friendly. The carers go out of their way to make sure the residents are looked after to the highest standard. They always have a smile on their faces and make time to chat to us when we come to visit. All of the other staff members from the receptionist, the managers, cleaners and activity coordinator are all lovely lasses. It wasn't an easy decision for us when the time came for Dad having to move into a care home however I am pleased we chose Langley Park Care Home. Even my Grandchildren love the place and take great pleasure in chatting to the residents when we visit.

I visit a service user regularly and have been very impressed by all the staff at Langley Park Care Home. They are always friendly and welcoming. They are always cheerful and engaged with the service users. They treat all service users with respect and as individuals.

My Mum is nearing the end of her life and I couldn't hope for a better place, or better staff for her to end her days. My Mum has been cared for with tremendous compassion, respect, and dignity by every single member of staff. As well as catering to my Mum's personal and medical needs, the staff have also helped me, as next of kin, with advice and assistance regarding various administrative matters. I will always be indebted to the managers, and all the great staff at Langley Park Care Home, and therefore, I would happily recommend the home to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and tremendously caring environment for their loved one.

Mam has been at Langley Park Care Home for well over a year and a half now and the home has exceeded our expectations (family). She is very happy there and really loves the carers. She is always lovely and clean with her hair nice and tidy. She seems to pick her own clothes and gets to wear her favourite jumpers etc. Mam was really ill during November 2023 but the staff pulled her through. They sat with her and fed her even when she didn't feel like trying to feed herself. It's taken a while but she looks so much better now and I really can't thank them enough for the care they gave her. I don't see the food so can't comment.

It was a Tuesday afternoon on my mother's birthday when I arrived the party was in progress. The entertainment was excellent, the staff were excellent they engaged with the residents getting as many as possible moving. All in all, it was a very positive experience. My Mother received excellent care throughout as did the other residents.

It was a bright sunny afternoon we were welcomed at the door by the staff. It was my Mother-in-laws 101st Birthday. The party was in full swing with residents and staff enjoying themselves with the singing and dancing. The young entertainer brightened everyone's day.

A very happy place to visit. So glad my sister is cared for so well. She is always clean and very well looked after. The people that work here do a very good job.

Mam has been in Langley Park for two years. The staff are amazing. They care for Mam with compassion and kindness all the time. Mam's room is always spotless. The staff support me and my sister emotionally as it has been traumatic to see our Mam's decline. We are grieving but the staff are always there for us and care for Mam. My only wish is an upgrade of the garden area.

My lovely dad spent the last part of his life here. The care he received was outstanding from the beginning of his stay in 2020 right up until last year. The way the home coped with the COVID situation was so caring and professional always with great communication night or day. The staff are always friendly and so caring, my dad felt so safe there and enjoyed himself so much. He achieved so much despite his dementia. He did art, enjoyed mini golf and even table tennis. The staff are so dedicated and when dad became very ill, they supported not only him with great care, love and dignity but us as a family as well. We are so grateful to Langley park care home the staff are an incredible team.

My mother was admitted earlier this year with Dementia. The staff are very kind, fun, and work well as a team. My mother is always well-dressed and looked after and her room is always nice and clean and tidy. The staff are polite, warm-hearted and know what they are doing, and the management is exceptional. My mother has told us they are really kind to her. They keep us updated on any developments and go above and beyond to ensure that know how mum is doing and facilitate visits and trips out. I sleep well at night knowing that mum is with this team of professionals. Not only do they support my mum but they support us as a family too.
