Redcroft staff are all really good, attentive and there is nothing too much trouble. They make us as visitors feel very welcome. All fantastic.

Love coming to Redcroft. The staff are super with both my nana and us. Communication is excellent and all staff members go above and beyond all the time.

My dad arrived here one week ago and he has already settled in well. His care is excellent and his mobility is clearly improving.

My gran has been here for respite for the last couple of weeks and is actually thinking of staying. They have made her feel so at home and are always so friendly and welcoming. It isn't the most modern of places but as soon as you walk in it feels like home. I couldn't ask for better care for her and I am very grateful.

Redcroft is good value for money. The care my mother receives is good. The staff are all professional and caring.

The owner and his staff are a pleasure to see, they are always cheerful and this seems to help residents feel happy too. Home is always clean and fragrant. My mum's food is nicely presented and tasty, I can vouch for this as I have had food made for me when visiting. I have no hesitation in recommending Redcroft, I am very happy with the care my mum receives.

I am very happy and the staff are very kind and helpful. Only came here from hospital for a short stay and here I am two years later so that says it all.

My auntie lives at Redcroft Care Home and she is very happy and settled here. The staff re great and go above and beyond to help. When we visit it's very warm and welcoming.

All the staff at Redcroft are the most caring and friendly people. They all treat my cousin with the most respect you could possibly want or need. I would recommend Redcroft most highly to anyone. I know she is being well cared for there.

I have been at this care home for two months and I have been very impressed with the service given. The staff are very helpful and they go out of their way to help. They treat us very well and nothing is too much trouble. The food is always very good indeed and there is plenty of it! I would strongly recommend Redcroft Care Home to anyone who is in need of care and in terms of care quality, it is excellent. Many thanks.

The staff at Redcroft Care Home are friendly and extremely helpful. They ensure residents are comfortable and well looked after. Dad has settled in well. There is a good choice of food, and the small nature of the home ensures the staff know the residents and what they like.

A truly remarkable home where the dedication of the staff is absolutely impeccable. My grandparent has been a resident for nearly 18 months and throughout this time, the care, attention to detail, relaxed yet professional approach and sheer affection and understanding for the individual as a person is totally unrivalled. When a relative goes into care, the decision and process is extremely difficult to contemplate, but the owner and staff here made the transition so much more bearable, showing incredible care and compassion which my grandparent thoroughly appreciates - as do we as a family too!

We had a wonderful day on Mum's 100th Birthday. The manager and the staff had a lovely buffet and drinks organised. The local mayor came to congratulate Mum. It was a very memorable day. We even had a singer to entertain us. Such a great occasion; we will always remember it. Mum was thrilled!

Redcroft Care Home is just the best in the area, we looked around a few homes for my mother-in-law and Redcroft was chosen. Excellent care from the cleaners carers and the owner all show great respect for all the residents, one big family and that's how they are treated in a home-from-home. It's lovely to see everyone so happy there. The food is excellent, the rooms are lovely and the facilities they provide are 1st class.

It's not difficult giving a review about Redcroft, from the staff to the owner there is nothing not to be satisfied with. Every resident, not just my mother, are treated with the utmost respect and dignity by everyone. Not forced in any way to do something they're not happy about. The variety of food is great and they are always given choices for each meal and helped if necessary, a very important fact is that they are all constantly reminded to drink fluids, so important and often missed with elderly care. They have entertainers coming in regularly for sing songs etc which is great. All medical needs are taken care of and if a problem arises the doctor is called out straight away, which is peace of mind for relatives who can't always be there. 100% score from me, keep up the fantastic care, it's much appreciated.

My dad has been a resident at Redcroft since October 2021. It was the toughest decision my family and I have had to make moving him into care, but the transition has been so much easier than we could have imagined. My dad is very settled, and his health actually seems to have improved since being at Redcroft. He's made good friends and enjoys the entertainment and interaction with the carers, who are always so friendly and helpful. It is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, knowing he's in such safe hands.

My stepmother has been living at Redcroft for the past five months and we couldn't have made a better decision for her. The staff have been excellent from the beginning. It's good to know that my stepmother is in such good hands. My stepmother is not one to make friends easily but she has spoken fondly of a number of the other residents, and I've been kept up to date on birthdays and parties. Strict COVID precautions are still in place (which I'm pleased to see considering the vulnerability of many of the residents) but I have been inside recently to help my relative move some of her possessions and I'm always pleased by how Redcroft is always clean and tidy, and I've never heard any complaints about the food. The staff really are amazing, and while I won't delve into personal details, they really have been so incredibly helpful and professional, and have gone well above and beyond in their duties. If I could rate them higher, I would.

Visited my auntie after Christmas after booking a visit. Lateral flow test taken before going in. Staff were expecting my visit and everything was in place for my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. My auntie was full of praise for the place.
