The staff at this home gave professional end of life care to my sister. Their constant care and attention to make her as comfortable and as pain free as possible was exemplary. A very difficult time.... but knowing she was well cared for by a conscientious professional team .... who also looked after her husband and me .... we will be forever grateful. Thank you everyone.

The staff here are wonderful and they have looked after my father well. He is so happy here. The food is good and so is the variety and he gets a good amount and pudding too with afternoon tea etc. They have entertainment and always stop for a chat. The home is clean and has some nice garden area to sit out in on the nice days. They do things at Xmas time Halloween etc. The dining hall and the sitting area has lots of windows to see out on and they have TV's in most rooms to watch. Visiting times are flexible and they are wonderful when I ring up to take Dad out. They get him ready in his wheelchair, get his coat on etc and they ask him where he has been and show an interest when I return him. There are some staff to who are lovely and joke with him and get him to smile. Families can join in with singing chat on coffee mornings and they do get entertainers in too.
