My mother had been in another home for 18 months , her mental health had deteriorated She wasn't walking or eating and we became very concerned. I moved her to the Annedd 2 weeks I can't believe the change in her. She is eating and walking and you can have a conversation with her. I can't thank the staff enough they give time to her and encourage her to walk and eat. What a fantastic place. Thank you so much
Dad has been in Annedd for 5 months and I can see that he’s happy and well looked after. The staff are always welcoming and make you feel happy (also make a lovely cup of tea on arrival). Dad is eating well and always likes to tell me he loves the staff. Always clean and well looked after place. Special people doing a wonderful job. Thank you.
Annedd Care Home is clean and well-maintained. Staff are dedicated to making the residents cared for and making sure their well-being is catered for. It always smells clean and my mother-in-law is always neat and looks well cared for.
Mom has been in Annedd for over 6 months now and I cannot fault the home in any aspect. We always have a very warm welcome when we visit which we are encouraged to do and there is a lovely, relaxed atmosphere in this very clean home. Patience, respect, kindness and longsuffering are all qualities I would attribute to the manager and her team. Dementia is a cruel disease which unfortunately changes the person considerably and makes them a lot more challenging than their original personality but all this is glossed over by the staff which is comforting for concerned and embarrassed family members. I would have no hesitation in advising anyone to confidently place their loved ones in their competent care.
My husband spent the last 15 months of his life at Annedd. He lived with dementia and his needs were met on a daily basis. He was happy in the care home, the staff were accommodating and friendly. There was always a heartfelt welcome. During the last 3 months, he was bedridden and the staff went out of their way to make his life comfortable and pain-free. He was treated with compassion, dignity and respect. I have nothing but deep gratitude and appreciation of everything the manager and staff did for my husband.
