View Full Details of Treetops Residential Care HomeMy aunt is very happy living at Treetops and we are very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of all the staff.
I am very happy with the care my cousin receives.
My father-in-law has been a resident for a few months now. He is happy and settled, well looked after. Entertainment is regular and this month there was a wild west afternoon with singing and icing on the cake, animals. Family were invited and there was a good turnout. It was very well organised.
Family day. they had a country and western-themed day. other than the weather, the event went really well. My father had a great time as well as the other residents. My father's great-grandchildren also had a great time. It was well organised with animals and plenty of fun and music.
In the months my father has been a resident at Treetops we have been delighted with the level of care he has received from the wonderful staff. In our experience they are, without exception, warm-hearted people whose devotion to the residents means we know that Dad is in the best possible hands.
I would highly recommend Treetops. My 89-year-old father has been a resident for nearly a year and I have been so impressed with the care he has received since he has been there. He has settled in very well. The staff are hard-working, caring and nothing is too much trouble. I know that I can ask them anything and that my queries will be addressed. It is a great relief to know that Dad is happy and well looked after.
My grandmother was hesitant to come to Treetops but has been so happy she did. She always tells us how lovely all the staff are and that nothing is too much for them. I have found the staff to be really friendly and helpful, always around to help. Thank you all for looking after my grandmother.
We are very happy with the care, support and encouragement our mother receives at Treetops. The staff are wonderful, so attentive, helpful and approachable. The family are always welcomed and made to feel part of my mother's routine. The food is of the highest quality. The manager and senior members of staff are always available to us and ultra-professional.
Treetops Care Home is an absolutely amazing care home, Dad has been in there since last June 2022, and the management staff are very friendly very caring and took care of Mam and Dad. I would highly recommend to anyone going into a care home to check Treetops out. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of them kind regards to all the family.
Treetops Residential Care home is a very happy home, the management and staff are hard-working, caring and professional people, This home is well maintained and clean, my father has everything he needs in his room and he feels safe and happy. The staff cater for all his needs including his choice of meals, Newspapers are regularly delivered to him. There are daily activities such as music, DVD films, games and outside singing entertainment are brought in ect. A number of people within the community highly recommended this home to us and I am very pleased that I took their advice.
Although my cousin would rather be in her own home she accepts that she cannot look after herself. She is well looked after and says the Manager and all the staff are lovely. She does look healthier since she has been there and she enjoys the company in the home. She also says the food is good. I think she will be happier during the warmer months when she is able to sit in the garden and have some fresh air.
The experience I have had being a power of attorney to my neighbour has given me more of an inside of responsibilities. Treetops have helped me more than I can say, from admission to present. Management and staff always have a smile on their face. They are always available to help me with any problems I have. I am extremely grateful to everyone at Treetops.
My mother is well looked after here. She likes the food and the carers are kind to her. Even the manager is great with her.
My 94 year old grandmother was transferred into Treetops from hospital 1 week ago. All the family has been so anxious and worried about her going into a care home as we are a close family, my grandmother has vascular dementia. We all hadn't seen her for 4 weeks due to hospital being in lockdown and she was transferred into Treetops from there. On her first night, I rang Treetops and spoke to the Senior Carer and she was very keen to help me and talk to me about my grandmother. The Senior Carer told me she'd been sitting on her bedside looking through a family album with her getting to know her family. I felt so much better after speaking to her I couldn't wait to ring my mother to put her at ease too. All the staff are friendly and comforting and will do anything to help you.
My 86-year-old mother, who suffers from dementia and other medical conditions, has been a resident at Treetops for nearly 18-months. This home has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and the staff have always been caring, patient and understanding with my mother, and my brother and me, who are her main visitors. The staffs care and dedication to the residents throughout the Covid pandemic, and continuing, has been excellent, and they have been a real credit to their profession. I would like to thank each and every member of staff for their dedication throughout this really trying time. You are so appreciated. My mother has been able to join in with social events and activities within Treetops, Covid rules permitting, and has the company and stimulation provided by the other residents and members of staff. I am so glad that my mother became a resident of Treetops, and has settled in there very well.
My Dad, who suffers with severe Alzheimer's, had a wonderful weeks respite here: The staff were all friendly and helpful and present in sufficient numbers to ensure that there were always a couple of them actually in with the residents, who were thus able to get individual help when required. The staff interacted with the residents continuously, providing games and activities and doing their best to engage them in something each day. Dad, who is very difficult to engage in any interaction, enjoyed helping in the garden and going on a shopping trip whilst he was there. There is a lovely 'family' atmosphere here, and the residents interact well with each other, and with new people, like my Dad. They seem very contented to be there. When I went to pick him up, he had actually made friends with several residents, who wanted to know when he'd be back! The whole place is clean, light and airy, the rooms are of good size and have many personal touches. Thank you.
