I cannot praise the staff at Brwynog enough for the exceptional care and compassion they showed my father during his seven-week stay. He was placed there as an emergency and the combination of his declining health and our unfamiliarity with the home heightened our anxieties. However, from my first visit, it was evident that the staff genuinely cared for my father and all the residents, providing the best possible support even when his behaviour could be challenging. I would like to extend a special thank you to management for their unwavering support. They ensured I was kept informed throughout this difficult time, despite the fact that I could only visit once a week due to the distance. In my professional capacity, I have visited many residential services and I can honestly say that the care my father received in Brwynog was outstanding, right up until and after his passing.
