I have been delighted with the care that my mother has received at The Grove since she moved in August 2023. She was reluctant to leave her home but soon settled, helped by the fact that the building is very comfortable and homely, she thoroughly enjoys the food and the respectful care and attention she receives from all the staff. I would have been more pleased if her room had an en-suite toilet but this does not bother my mother at all. She loves her nice room, I appreciate the information the staff are willing to share with me regarding my mother.

Settled in well, very much at ease. Came initially for respite but have decided to remain permanently. The staff are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Nothing but praise for The Grove. Right from our first visit, we were made welcome, and were provided with all the information to make a decision. The staff were very helpful and obviously caring. Since my aunt has been in The Grove, there have been a few health issues, and these have been dealt with by the correct health professionals in a timely manner. My life is so much less stressful, knowing she is well cared for and happy.

I cannot fault the care and consideration that all the staff give to my mother. It’s been nearly a year since she moved in and as I live so far away, I can go to sleep each night knowing she is safe and well looked after. The manager runs the home professionally and with care. Special mention to the male members of staff, who show her the utmost respect in the care they give her.

My mother's stay at The Grove was very pleasant. All the staff were diligent and caring and met all my mother's needs. The home was very clean and welcoming. For myself, it was always a pleasure to visit my mother at The Grove. Well done, everyone.

My mam has been a resident in The Grove for almost four years. The care, kindness and support shown to her by all members of staff is second to none, also the support that is provided to us as a family. As a family, our experience is very positive.

The Grove Care Home is a lovely home for its residents. The staff are very caring and attentive. The residents themselves are always very well-presented and are calm and happy. The food is well received and there is plenty of variety. Excellent individual attention is given to the residents and there are varied activities to stimulate them.

I have always had a warm welcome when I visit The Grove Care Home. The staff are kind and caring, from the management to the day-to-day carers. The residents are treated respectfully and with dignity. I have been present when activities have been organised for the residents to stimulate them and for their enjoyment. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and their support.

Every time I come to visit, the staff are always polite and happy. My uncle has settled in well and even though he won't admit it, his quality of life has improved.

The Grove provides a home-from-home atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The difference I can see in my mother-in-law is massive, even though she has been here a short time, she is very content and says there is nothing she doesn't like. I never feel bad leaving her after a visit. Thanks.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care my mother has received since moving into The Grove Care Home. The staff have been excellent, always helpful and accommodating. The difference in my mother's health and well-being is quite unbelievable. From being full of anxiety, she is now happy and contented.

What a beautiful place! My mum loves it there if anyone needs a home from home it's The Grove. My mother has been there for around 8 weeks and has settled in really well. It's not just the homely feel of the place, it's the warmness of all the staff who show tender, loving care to all the residents and we all like some TLC don't we? A big big thank you to all the staff from myself, my mum and my sister for your devotion to service. It couldn't be better. Thank you all.

My dad had respite at The Grove for a week. This is his 5th time this year and he enjoys every time. All the staff are so lovely with dad and nothing is too much trouble for them. They give us such a friendly welcome too as his family. It allows me too as daddy's carer to have a rest and know he's being looked after with loving care. Thank you so much to every one of the staff from the daughter.

My grandmother is very happy with every aspect of this home. The care she receives is outstanding. We are quite happy that she is looked after when we are not with her. The staff are always happy to help and are on hand for any queries we may have.
