View Full Details of Finavon CourtMy dad had an emergency assessment two days after losing his wife. We were shown complete compassion and sympathy. My dad moved in on the same day, and even though it was a horrendous time for us as a family, we were constantly reassured and supported by the carers. He has been there for over a month now and the change I can see in my dad cannot be put into words. He keeps going on about the high standard of meals and choices. If my dad turns down a meal, the carers offer him several other options to try to get him to eat. His little flat is far more than I could have hoped for. He has a little kitchen area which helps him maintain some independence, filled with his items. The flat and entire home is kept spotless and I love the way all his laundry is done together and not with other residents. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the carers and they go above and beyond every day. The home keep us updated of any changes and all visitors are made to feel so welcome.
The home is friendly and homely. My granddad really enjoyed his time here, he had great relationships with the staff. The staff were kind and treated my granddad like their own.
Finavon Court Care Home is a well-operated and run home. Nothing is too much bother to any of the staff. As a result of the excellent care and attention, my mother has thrived out of all recognition. Also, the good quality and choice of food adds to the good experience of the home. It is of great peace of mind that my mother is being well cared for.
Friendly and helpful.
I find Finavon Court a delightful, welcoming place to be a part of and would hope, if necessary, I would be able to join you someday. I am 90-years-old.
