View Full Details of Redford Residential HomeMy Father has been at Redford Residential Home since October 21. He is very happy at the home and the staff are very good with him. They have a good range of activities to keep residents engaged.
Redford is a wonderful care home. The staff are patient and caring and encourage the residents to keep their independence. Daily activities allow residents to stay active. It really is a home-from-home.
The provision of care at Redford Residential Home is excellent and the staff and management are professional at all times. There is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the home and an excellent range of activities organised for residents to participate in. The staff organise fun themed days, which all family members are encouraged to attend. Overall, the home is well managed and a safe and comfortable home for service users.
I am fully satisfied with the level of care provided to my mother and also appreciate everything that has and is being done by the staff and management. She herself speaks very highly of all the staff and never has any complaints, she just says they are all very good to her. She is very clean and alert.
I have been most impressed with the consistently high standards shown by the staff at this home. In my opinion, in all aspects of their performance, they provide a caring service much in advance of what I would have expected.
My father is very well taken care of by the excellent staff. Management is very good. I think very highly of the Redford Care Home.
Because of lockdown, I have only been in the sunroom to see my mum.
The care provided at Redford is very comprehensive with activities for residents almost daily. Staff are friendly, caring and engage positively. Their procedures to ensure the safety of residents during this pandemic have been first class.
I thought this was going to be the hardest thing I've ever done, moving mum into a home. The staff proved me wrong time and time again. They are so friendly, caring and approachable even during such hard circumstances recently. I have so much respect for this place, they have cared for my mum better than I could. Mum said she would never go into a home and now she wants to stay. She has put on weight, is happy and looks 15 years younger. I would recommend Redford to everyone.
High standard of care, with excellent staff.
My aunt has been in the home for almost six years now and has settled in well. She is happy and content. The staff are very patient and pleasant with her, and she is very content.
I am content that Mum is happy, settled and very well looked after. Staff are caring and considerate to her needs. There are regular activities for the residents if they choose to take part. Would highly recommend Redford.
My aunt is looked after very well and most of the staff seem to be very fond of her. She gets on well with the staff and tells me regularly that they take care of her very well. My aunt really enjoys the food which is the type of food she would have eaten at home. Perhaps she would benefit from more activities or one to one time but I am unclear as to the number of activities/one to one time spent.
We have found Redford to be a caring and friendly home, with staff who are interested in the residents and who are always happy to answer any queries.
