View Full Details of Rectory Field Rehab UnitOctober 2023 I was involved in a road traffic accident. I was transferred to Rectory Fields from hospital needing physiotherapy. I was scared and didn’t know where I was going. Right from the second I entered the centre, I was greeted with warmth. The staff were beyond amazing and made me feel at home straight away. I wasn’t able to do much for myself but help was always at hand teamed with kindness, patience, and reassurance and there was always someone to talk to. I can not praise the staff highly enough for what they have done for me. Every step of my journey, they were there until I was finally able to walk! Thorough, patient and always encouraging. The food is made in-house every day and is absolutely beautiful! I entered Rectory Field in a wheelchair and exited on foot 9 weeks later. I’ll never be able to thank everyone at this facility enough, they turned the worst experience of my life into one of the best and most unforgettable. A unique centre.
We cannot adequately express our gratitude for the care and attention our mum has received at Rectory Field. Mum spent over two weeks there, in preparation for coming home. Every single member of staff treated her with the utmost care and respect. Mum said the meals were of restaurant quality and could not have rated her experience at Rectory Field more highly. Thank you to all there.
I was sent here from hospital for rehabilitation. The staff are friendly and go above their duties to help the residents. The physiotherapists in house are great, as they push you to get better and yet are understanding. The carers take great care of you and help in whatever way they can. The food is cooked in house and is very good, hell of a lot better than hospital food! You will definitely not go hungry. It's a pity Tyrone or Fermanagh haven't got a care home as good. I could not thank the staff enough for my care whilst there.
My 88-year-old mother is currently a resident here. She rates Rectory Field as the best care home. Staff are kind, attentive, cheerful and very helpful to everyone. The other residents in this home are also good-natured, considerate people, which promotes a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
All the staff were professional and extremely helpful. They made my father feel as though he was at home. He was looked after to a very high level of care from all staff. When we walked into the building, you were greeted with a smile from all the staff on duty. They made you feel welcome and part of a family. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank everyone for taking such great care of my father while he was recovering in Rectory Field.
