View Full Details of Beaumont VillaI am very happy with my mother's care in Beaumont Villa. The staff are very kind and caring, though short staffed at times, they cope well. Since the storm some of the fencing has come down and not been replaced, anyone can walk into the garden area, this should have been a priority! It means residents cannot walk freely in the garden, I was allowed to access the bottom door, due to me having mobility issues, not anymore. Activities, music and dog therapy, great home.
My father has recently moved into Beaumont Villa from another care home. I am very happy with the home, the staff are caring and attentive. They also do lots of different activities with them. They also keep you well-informed on how he is settling in. Plus he keeps telling me how nice and how happy he is living there. What more could you ask for?
Excellent care, great atmosphere, staff are wonderful. Dad has a high quality of life here. There is always something entertaining happening for residents they are treated like residents in an all-inclusive hotel rather than patients.
We are very grateful to the management and all the staff who contribute to mum's care in such a professional, warm and friendly manner, supporting her health and enhancing her positive wellbeing. Their patience and kindness ensure mum is happy in her environment and feels safe and secure. The management and staff are approachable and very supportive of mum's needs and also to ourselves as her family
My father-in-law has been a resident in Beaumont Villa for the past 20-months. We have been very pleased with his care in the home. The staff are so friendly and helpful to any request. The manager is very easy to communicate with and there to help with any queries or worries we may have. We are totally happy with the care and compassion shown to ourselves and the resident.
We are very impressed with Beaumont Villa. The care our daughter receives is first class. She is very happy. Recently our daughter was admitted into the general hospital. She was very happy to return to Beaumont Villa, which is now her home.
Very efficient and friendly staff. I would like to be informed more regularly about activities that have gone on throughout the day. And I never see the manager during my visits.
My father has been in Beaumont Villa for nearly 5 years and I have always been very pleased with his care. The staff are excellent and as my father's illness has progressed and his needs have changed, the staff have adapted and been supportive, sympathetic and professional.
My mother has been resident at Beaumont Villa for just over a year now and I am more than happy with the care she is and has been receiving. All of the staff are so attentive, kind and caring, nothing is ever too much to ask of them. Despite the dementia, Mum is still very sociable and active, so the staff make sure that she always has things to do, (besides all the excellent organised activities), like helping with the dishes or entertaining everyone with her tap dancing! The manager has been so wonderfully supportive to my sister and I, since making one of the hardest decisions of our lives, she has been 'there for us' all the way through, not only a brilliant manager but a really lovely person. I would certainly recommend Beaumont Villa to anyone who might be in need of this type of care home for a loved one, it is a very welcoming, happy and peaceful place.
My mum has been a resident at Beaumont Villa for nearly seven years, the saying goes ' There is no place like home and nothing is perfect' Beaumont Villa is the nearest mum will get to being at home she has a good quality of care, the staff are welcoming and accommodating treating our family with warmth, nothing is too much for them when mums grandchildren and great grandchildren visit they like myself are made welcome and there is usually a treat for the little ones. Mum seems happy and is well looked after, any worries or concerns I or my family have know that the staff are always there for support and advice, Beaumont Villa is a clean, quiet and peaceful environment. The Manager over the last few years has along with her staff worked hard to make this care home into a warm, inviting establishment that I am happy for my mum to be residing in. Thank you, Beaumont Villa.
My father has been a resident for almost two months and has settled in very well. He looks very well, seems relaxed and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Visitors are made to feel very welcome at any time and the home has a wonderful atmosphere.
My dad arrived in Beaumont Villa on the 2nd May 2017. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do to put my dad in a care home. He has dementia and his long term partner of 27 years died on April 17th. They had carers at home with 24/7 care in the last three months. The staff at Beaumont Villa have been amazing and kind to my dad and my family. I feel really at home there when I visit him. He is doing well but I fell he is in the best place for his care and safety and we know he is being well cared for.
My mother has been a resident at Beaumont Villa dementia unit for the past 8 years and I cannot speak highly enough of the care that she has received. The manager and staff are superb and the home is flourishing under the manager. I would recommend Beaumont Villa to anyone.
Thanks to the new management team, the gardens and grounds are now thoughtfully and beautifully maintained with new exciting additions! The staff are so welcoming every one of them! Nothing is too much trouble from a cup of tea for us to seeing to all the needs of every resident. There is constant care and the wellbeing of residents is obviously paramount and so important to the caring team. The home is spotless and so clean- a wonderful friendly atmosphere. The residents are always so well dressed and my mother-in-law who requires 24hr care is always so well looked after. No complaints. All the rooms are a delight to be in from the day rooms, dining area and bedroom. They are all bright and welcoming.
My father recently received end of life care at Beaumont Villa. I was very impressed with all aspects of care given. He was treated with dignity and respect nothing was too much trouble. The dedicated team of staff were helpful and accommodating not only to dad but to all of us. Beaumont Villa has a quiet and peaceful ambience and I am indebted to all the nursing staff for their exceptional care of my father at the end of his life.
My father suffers from Dementia and he has been at Beaumont Villa for 3 years last September. He is a strong character aged 90 (91in April 2017). The staff are patient and sympathetic with him and know when and how to persuade him to take his tablets or supplements. The change in management has made a big difference and the manager who oversees/manages both the dementia unit and the residents unit at L'hermitage is setting such a high standard. Before going to Beaumont Villa, his prognosis was not good as he would not eat or drink. The food is varied and available on demand which has made such a difference to his well-being. I cannot recommend it more highly. If I could, I would give it a diamond star.
Mum has been in Beaumont Villa for a few years now and she is really happy and settled. Her personal care is excellent. She is always beautifully turned out in her own clothes, this was something mum took great pride in before dementia took its hold. The staff make an effort to keep the residents entertained and occupied as well as giving them quiet time. Some mornings Mum can't be bothered to get up, that's not a problem, she has breakfast in bed and gets up when she's ready, just like you would at home. Thank you Beaumont Villa staff.
