The staff are all amazing. Care quality is excellent. More than happy with the food, entertainment, and activities. Staff on daily works fantastic. Overall very, very happy with all the care.

My Mother has only been in since February and I have been very happy with the care and support she has been getting.

My Mum has been a resident since 2021. She is quite settled but feel that she could be given more choices and included in more activities. Most staff are excellent when dealing with her.

The facility is clean, staff very friendly and attentive for both residents and their family. Rooms are basic, but adequate. A very relaxed but professional approach to seniors' care.

All the staff within the care home provided excellent care and attention towards my mum. The facilities were very good, as were the food and the activities. I cannot fault anything about the care home as it was always clean and tidy. The staff do a very difficult job in a pleasant manner.

As always, I find the care my mother receives at Woodside House, Rutherglen to be exemplary. I visit regularly and have only good things to say about the staff and how caring they are towards the many residents. They work very hard indeed, but always have time to communicate with the residents, giving them care, love and dignity. There may be fancier buildings for those who need 24-hour care, but I doubt anywhere else has such wonderful staff.

Very approachable and supportive staff team, management very thorough and beneficial to my gran. Go out of their way to advise of anything my gran requires. Always a homely atmosphere and my gran seems to have settled extremely well.

Excellent staff team. Excellent management guidance and supportive, helpful. This I have found to be of extreme comfort due to the circumstances my mother has encountered the past few months. I feel more relaxed and comfortable knowing that my mother is receiving excellent care and support.

My mother hasn't been in very long but has settled in very well thanks to the management and friendly staff. Nothing is a bother for them. Food is good, facilities and entertainment good. She has a comfortable room and the family have peace of mind with the safety and security in place.

Staff and manager are lovely and very approachable, rooms are always kept very clean, any issues are always dealt with quickly and professionally. I would have no issues recommending Rutherglen to people.

My mother spent the last few years of her life in the care of Rutherglen Care Home. During the pandemic, the staff were very professional and showed great empathy towards my father and myself, with regular updates and phone calls. Towards the last few months of my mum's life, the staff were excellent. The senior staff, especially, showed great care and understanding. They made the last few days very peaceful and respectful, and provided all the care that my mother and I needed. I will always be thankful for this.

Mum came into the nursing home in July 2023 after having a stroke in February 2023. Our expertise from the start was excellent and the family are pleased with the care, compassion and help that Mum (and us) receive from all the staff. It was a very difficult decision based on placing Mum in a nursing home but the whole family agreed it was for the best. Overall to date, we cannot thank everyone in the nursing home enough for making this transition in Mum's life, home and care so easy. We cannot believe how well she is doing after what the doctors in the hospital said about life expectancy.

I am very happy to know that my brother is getting looked after, in a proper manner and by all staff; especially the higher up staff, as I know I can speak to them anytime if I have any questions I need answered.

My dad has been a resident of Rutherglen Care Home since 2020. He was admitted during Covid, a difficult time for everyone, but the staff were brilliant. The staff are friendly, helpful and take amazing care of my dad, he is always so happy. The care home is so clean and tidy. All the staff do an amazing job. The food looks awesome too.

Staff are very good in what can be a difficult group of adults to manage. My dad is shown dignity and respect and any request is dealt with quickly.

My mother had been in the dementia section of Rutherglen Care Home - 10 Woodside Unit for years. Staff fine, but my mother's two gold rings went missing off her fingers a year before she died - one gold sovereign ring - one gold snake ring. Also, an antique lamp in her room disappeared which is sad. Please take your family's valuables off them before considering a placement here other than that your family will be safe and looked after. Anyone thinking of putting family members here it's a good place - most staff are nice some people aren't when you ask them to do something for you - it's like they can't be bothered - exceptional Nigerian staff do anything for you thank you guys. You get that in most workplaces anyway.

My mother had been in the dementia section of Rutherglen Care Home for more than 3 years before her death aged 101. From the start, she was very content there and was very well looked after by the staff. I was very happy with the communication and helpful response from the team as we now live 200+ miles away and visits were at intervals over the years and particularly hard during Covid. We were able however to telephone regularly and speak to the staff on duty who were always happy to chat and give messages to her. This was a great comfort to us and they could not have been more caring and informative on these calls lately and also their calls to me when anything regarding her help and well being needed to be discussed. We really liked the trouble they went to on her 100th celebration when we were able to have a small group of relatives and friends spend time with her in the private room provided with decorations plus plates and glasses available for a small party for her. A1 care.

My sister has improved greatly with the help and care of the staff. They are treating her with dignity. Recently due to the weather and outdoor visits she is so much happier too. Well done to all the staff for their care and patience.

As always, I find the care my mother receives at Woodside House, Rutherglen to be exemplary.
