My mum has come on leaps and bounds since coming here. She has gone from looking totally depressed and not very talkative to being chatty, happy and also after not walking or showering in over two years she is now because of the lovely staff doing all these things, she looks great.

I am satisfied with the care my mother is receiving. I am happy with my involvement with both staff and management. Whilst I am happy with the cook's meals I feel the introduction of limited soft fresh fruits (i.e. ripe banana) would be good. Safety and treatment with dignity is excellent. Overall I am happy with this care home and would recommend it as good.

I like what I see about the staff, the place is very clean and I found the staff very experienced and friendly. I don't know about the care you provide but continue this way.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly towards me. I am satisfied with the treatment my uncle has received. He is always clean whenever I visit.

Since my father joined the care home three months ago, he has settled in quite well. The team have been very supportive.

My mother has been a resident at Alexander Cae Home for over three years. She is happy and settled at the care home, and the staff are very professional and efficient in all their departments, caring for my mother and residents. Every time I come to the care home, the staff are always friendly and update us on my mother's condition. Her room is clean and tidy, and so is she. Thank you so much!

My mother seems to be doing very well in this home, the staff seem to be very professional and understanding. She's making steady progress especially after her stoke a couple of months back.

My father came to the home following a stay in hospital. He has made significant progress, supported by excellent staff. the facilities and food are very good indeed.

The staff are very caring, can't do enough to help my father. Rooms are clean and tidy. Dad says the food ods good and everyone tries their best to help. The home is managed very well by them.

Very friendly home, my mum has been in here for nine weeks, she is happy here. Staff are very good, Mum's room is very clean, her laundry is always done and my mum is dressed and clean. No complaints with anyone.

My father has settled in well at Alexander Care Home. He is very happy and enjoys being here. He told me he finds it a 'home from home'. We are very pleased with the level of care he is receiving. The staff seem very kind and conscientious. Well done to everyone at Alexander.

All staff seem really caring and pleasant. The actual place is very nice and seems functional. The layout has been thought out very well. Mum likes it very much and the staff are very good with her.

This home has improved a lot since my mom became a resident a couple of years ago. The carers are lovely, and my mom's hair always looks nice - these things make the residents feel good!

I am satisfied with the care my mother is receiving. I am happy with my involvement with both staff and management.
