Cheverton Lodge has provided my grandma with nurturing and enriching care. The staff have always been friendly and caring. The tea, coffee and brownies are always tasty.

My sister came to Cheverton Lodge for a month's respite. She was made comfortable by the excellent facilities and by the friendly and accommodating staff. My sister is now a permanent resident at Cheverton Lodge and I am very impressed by all that Cheverton Lodge has to offer.

My mum has spent her last year at Cheverton Lodge and was treated with such loving care from some wonderful people, I really cannot thank everyone more. The new manager is doing a great job and has a fantastic team behind him. It's a beautiful building which looks more like a hotel than a nursing home and is bright and cheerful and always kept spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Amazing home, all the staff are lovely and caring, they really do the best for my dad and he is thriving here. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The home itself is very clean and the interior design is top-tier. This is truly an amazing home and I am so happy that my father is here. All staff are happy here and they clearly love their job which is refreshing to see.

My mother came to this home two years ago and it has been an absolute "godsend" with a great deal of compassion shown to my mother. All the carers and nurses are very professional and gentle and caring for Mummy. Food and drinks are at a very high level and the chef gets it correct every single day for everyone for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Mum came here on the 11th October 2024. We were welcomed at the entrance by the manager and staff, we felt very welcomed. Since Mum has been here, we have seen a really big difference in her. We can see the weight gain and the happiness in her. We are so very grateful to the manager and all the staff. The room is clean and cosey. The food is amazing and the activities are fab.

My father moved in six months ago and he is happy at Barchester Cheverton Lodge Care Home. The staff look after him very well and see to his every need. My mother visits him several times a week and is always welcomed and treated with respect. The standards of cleanliness are high and he even enjoys the food and used to be a fussy eater! We have no hesitation in recommending Cheverton.

Staff are friendly, helpful, our relative is always happy, clean, well shaven, his room is always clean, very happy. He has lots of activities to do in the day, always someone to talk to. Staff are supportive to us and always happy to help, it's like a little family. The care home is of a high standard, we have looked at others in the past and when we visited this one, we knew straight away this was perfect. They have a lovely garden, cafe part, can't fault this care home, we're lucky we found Barchester Cheverton Lodge Care Home. We would recommend to others.

We are very happy with the care that our brother is receiving at Barchester Cheverton Lodge Care Home. He has become a much happier and content person since being here. He has a lovely ensuite room and enjoys watching his TV and his meals, the food does look lovely!

My father moved to Barchester Cheverton Lodge Care Home. So far, I am delighted with the care and support. The manager was extremely warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. The staff had made my father feel comfortable and happy. The manager is amazing and always checks in with me. All the staff are excellent and warm and welcoming.

My father moved to Barchester Cheverton Lodge Care Home this week. So far, I am delighted with the care and support my father has received. The manager was extremely warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease upon arrival, he has a warm, human and friendly approach. Overall, my experience has been excellent and most importantly, the staff had made my father feel comfortable and happy. In addition, I mentioned that my father does not like drinking plain water - the next day, the carer had put orange squash in his jug instead. Thank you all. P.S. I have noticed a positive impact on my father's well-being since switching care homes to Barchester Cheverton Lodge Care Home - the manager is amazing and always checks in with me.

Good and welcoming reception area and receptionist showed a well-organised care home. Guest's have a very clean and spacious dining and lounge, TV area. Also, a large room opening onto a small garden allows for friends and family to celebrate lunch or similar events with the residents.

When I come I always see my friend looking well kempt, clean and tidy, hair looked after etc. All her needs, snacks, drinks etc are to hand, easily accessible for her. The staff treat her with respectful friendliness, but give her the high degree of support that she needs.

The overall care provided in the care home is excellent and I'm very happy with how my mum is looked after.

I really appreciated the excellent nursing care she received at Barchester Cheverton Lodge Care Home. The team were outstanding! I felt I could relax knowing she was cared for with such kindness and dignity. We have fond memories of visiting her, especially in the last few weeks of her life. She said, many times, she was happy at the home and she made everyone smile with her sense of humour! I highly recommend Cheverton Lodge.
