Absolutely wonderful care home. Very attentive staff. Mum is very clean, cared for and stimulated mentally. Our family could not be happier.

I cannot thank the team at Limetree Care Home enough for the exceptional care they provide for my mum. From the management to the domestic staff, everyone is approachable, professional and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable, happy and secure. The home is clean and tidy, the activities are engaging and the social events are definitely a highlight for both residents and families. I'm always reassured that Mum's medical needs are promptly and thoroughly addressed, with excellent communication from staff. The management team is especially outstanding they're friendly, attentive, will always listen and truly make me feel that Mum is in safe and caring hands. Seeing her so content and settled brings me immense relief and gratitude for which I am truly grateful. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great service, the food looks good and the home looks clean. I enjoy speaking to the staff. The decorations outside the home for Christmas is very beautiful and the reception area is always clean and the a lovely welcome from the receptionist.

Kindness and care in helping to settle into a new environment. Helpful having staff on the floor and at the nurse's station. Activities to have a sense of community and great to have a piano.

They have seen to Mum's needs and helped her. Clean and happy environment. They inform me every time there is something going on with Mum and the home.

It was a very pleasant experience. The team members were very welcoming. I happened to stop by to visit an old church member and not only were the team members pleasant it was also a very neat home with a very pleasant smell. And residents were observed to be treated with respect and dignity.

I like the team members, they treat everyone equally. That is why I like my husband to remain in Limetree care home. I like the food and the activities in the home. It is very warm and welcoming and a home I can further recommend.

Very good that the home smelt clean, so often in care homes there is a smell. Very helpful staff. The window in my friend's room is covered with material that you cannot see through so she cannot look at the outside world.

I would to thank all the staff at Limetree Care Home. My mum was admitted to home last November after becoming very unwell following a viral infection. My mum has remained very settled, it is wonderful to see how she has gained weight. She was not eating and taking her medication was a problem when she was in living on her own aided by carers. Whilst she has been at Limetree she has gained weight, she engages in activities and talks about what she has done. Thank you for all your patience, understanding and care. Seeing my mum settled has really given me peace of mind.

Excellent service at Limetree respite care. The staff were fantastic: caring, conscientious and good-humoured. It was wonderful to know that our loved-one was in safe hands. He enjoyed his respite stay. Thank you so much for all your hard work and care.

I visit my uncle at Limetree Care Home on a weekly basis, and I’m very much impressed with the home as a whole. Kind staff members who are attentive to my uncle really give me peace of mind. The environment is always tidy and clean, and I usually arrive at the time that they are doing their exercise activities, and my uncle does thoroughly enjoy them.

I went to visit a friend recently at this home. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the home, and how respectful and caring the staff are to visitors and the people in the home. Well done to the staff.

It's been an amazing place to live, with excellent service, whenever I have been to visit, it's a very nice, well-kept, clean, friendly atmosphere, and service users look very well-kept and healthy. I would recommend this home to potential service users.

With my dad going into Limetree Care Home we were worried about his social interactions because my dad enjoys socialising with his family and friends and getting involved in physical activity. I can definitely say that we did not have to worry whatsoever because my dad has settled so well into Limetree. He gets involved in all the different various types of activities they offer on a daily basis and enjoys all the amazing events they hold throughout the year. The Black History event we recently attended with Dad at Limetree Care Home was amazing and we all enjoyed ourselves and not just my father. I love the family atmosphere within the home and the dedication from the staff warms my heart. We thank all the team members and I would highly recommend Limetree Care Home to any of my friends if they are in search of a top-tier care home.

Carers are really helpful. Every time I come and see my relative, she is clean and talking with other residents. I made the decision to bring her there. I'm really happy that she is there. She is happy, and I'm also relaxed that she is somewhere safe and well looked after. Thank you, Limetree.

The whole scenery looks great, the reception was lovely, and everyone I met was absolutely nice, warm and friendly. Activities were really good and team members were witnessed engaging with residents. I also like the location, it’s quiet and calm too.

I was pleased to see my grandma so happy when I visited the care home the other day, she was looking neat and well-dressed. The staff were very caring and friendly, chatting and interacting with the residents. The home was very clean and no malodour.

My grandad lives in Limetree and he is very happy. We love visiting him in a clean and nice environment and being able to sometimes get involved in activities that they might be doing during the time of our visit. It’s a relief to see him settled and all the staff do make us feel incredibly welcomed too which is also very appreciated. Very impressed with the level of care Limetree is providing so thank you.

I was impressed with the set-up. Interaction among residents was great. So too is with staff. The environment is very clean and tidy. Meeting with other relatives and feelings of the home through discussions was great.
