View Full Details of Tower Bridge Care Home1) Great people. 2) First-class service.
Since my mother was admitted to Tower Bridge Care Home the staff have been kind and dedicated to her needs. Due to the language barrier (Mum doesn't speak English) the care home has been working with the family to understand what her needs are and make appropriate adjustments to make her comfortable and feel at home. So thank you, everyone.
My dad's been in the home for a few months now. He's got a nice room overlooking the garden. My dad's behaviour can be challenging because of his dementia. All the staff have been so great and understanding while caring for my dad, especially the carer who is a true gent. Food is good. Nursing care is good.
My brother was admitted to Tower Bridge Care Home for continued Palliative Care from the hospital. From the time he was admitted to his passing - (two weeks) we as his family, found the care and attention they afforded him and us exceptional. A big thank you to the staff. Would recommend this care facility on my findings.
The carers and additional staff who have attended to my husband have been wonderful, gentle, engaging, caring and knowledgeable. He has been treated with respect and dignity which tells me their training is of a very high standard. Thank you HC-One, and to anyone looking for support for themselves or a loved one I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
I am a friend of a resident in your care home and I visit him on a weekly basis if I can. I can't comment on the financial arrangements as I am not a relative. However, I feel that the resident is treated with dignity and given all possible help. As a visitor, I am made very welcome and my friend's condition is explained as clearly as is possible in the circumstances.
I visited a friend on a number of occasions while she was a resident here (for nearly two years). I am only able to comment in my capacity as a visitor (so have been unable to complete all the options listed below). My overall impression of the staff which includes support staff such as receptionists, cleaners and kitchen staff as well as the nursing staff was of a very busy pleasant helpful and conscientious group of people. Despite the pressure of their jobs they always took time to settle my friend and her visitors into her room. Whenever I visited, my friend was clean and nicely dressed had liquid available and appeared to be well fed. There were arrangements in place to keep my friend safe, ensuring that she was monitored as necessary. My friend was treated with great dignity as she neared the end of her life and understanding was shown to those of us who were with her at that time. There was genuine emotion shown by the staff who had cared for her as they came to say their goodbyes to her which to me said a lot about the relationship between the staff and residents.
I was really pleased with the way, and manner you treated my cousin while she was in your care. The Management here are well respected as well as the staff. Anytime I come for a visit I see changes. Thank you all.
I love this care home because my husband has been taken care of the best way possible and I appreciate the good work of all the staff, they are very good to my husband and me. All I can say is I am very happy for my husband to be taken care of in this care home. Thank you.
My experience with Tower Bridge Care Home has been an excellent one. The entire team are really friendly and helpful. They look after our loved ones with respect and dignity. The food is so tasty.
Always welcoming and helpful and I believe the level of care is brilliant, a God send really. Constantly with my mum and helping with her needs.
I found all the staff at Tower Bridge Care Home to be very helpful, considerate, kind and caring, from the nursing side right up to management. I was always greeted warmly and with a smile. They looked after my aunt very well, with kindness and understanding. My aunt was only there for 6/7 months and I have no complaints about her care.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Tower Bridge Care Home for looking after my mum. Sadly my mum passed away on Friday 25th August. She was at the care home for about a year. Following her admission in 2022, the level of care that she received from day one was instrumental in her quick recovery and rehabilitation from a stroke. Your team of dedicated angels are a credit to your organisation. Over the last year, I have seen and witnessed unconditional care and love from every person who works at your home. Every inch of the building is maintained to a high standard and kept meticulously clean at all times and meals are also prepared and presented to a high standard. From my own personal experience, I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, Bless you all.
When I contacted the home and explained my mum had been in hospital three times since before Christmas and her Alzheimer's was worse (Mum had stopped eating in hospital), the lady I spoke with showed so much care and compassion. My sisters and I then visited the home and were delighted that the home offered Mum a place. From the moment Mum moved in, the care and support have been excellent. The most important thing was good communication and listening to any concerns. Mum has settled in and they are so kind to her, she is 91 years and she has improved and has enjoyed the entertainment as she loves music and singing. The family is very happy, as is Mum.
I can't thank Tower Bridge Care Home enough. Mum has been there for a week at the moment, she has gone in for three weeks respite care. I have visited already and spoke to her on the phone today. She told me that she is so happy. The food is amazing and the care staff are lovely. I've never ever heard my mum sound so happy. Thank you all.
My aunt has been a resident at Tower Bridge Care Home since August 2018. From the very beginning, I have found them welcoming, caring and understanding. Staff have gone beyond requirements to make sure my aunt is happy and cared for. I know they treat her well. I can recommend Tower Bridge Care Home. The care staff are amazing.
Polite and very professional staff. All services and facilities were great.
The last month before Mum passed away, she was treated with love and dignity. I was kept updated on her condition. They made sure she was comfortable at all times and always encouraged her to eat and drink. She passed away at the age of 100 years and 5 months, very peacefully.
My brother was a resident on the third floor of Tower Bridge Care Home for approximately eighteen months. On arrival, his physical and mental health was in decline. In a few short months, the staff managed to turn things around. He became happy and contented in his surroundings and regained the weight he'd previously lost. The staff were all absolutely amazing! From nurses and carers, through to housekeeping, every single one was so supportive and caring, not only to my brother but to myself as well. All my brother's needs were met with compassion, warmth and patience. I will be forever grateful that he was placed in Tower Bridge and could not have wished for better. In all honesty, I was blown away by the whole experience. I will miss my visits and the staff members I looked upon as friends. I will never forget their kindness. Ever! My request to remain with my brother during his final days was encouraged without hesitation. Would I recommend this care home? Absolutely!
My father was a resident for the last fifteen months of his life. The staff were always polite and kind and carried out their duties with utmost professionalism. The care my father received was exemplary and the staff could not have been kinder in their relationship toward him. The family were extremely happy with all aspects of his care.
