Bourne house in my view is a first class home, my mother has settle here and is looked after well in my option, keep up the good work to all the staff including a great management.

My wife has been in Bourne House for 15 months and despite her dementia is very settled and content. She is comfortable and well looked after by a very caring staff and activities team. They cater to the individual needs of the residents and there are outings and musicians available. I am catered for with refreshments when I visit and made welcome. I thoroughly recommend this home.

We are so grateful for the care and attention my father is receiving at Bourne House. From the moment he arrived, the staff have been nothing short of incredible, friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his comfort and well-being. We are very happy with the facilities. The room is spacious, clean and the decor creates a warm, homely environment. We highly recommend Bourne House to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with the utmost respect and compassion.

My Mum was looked after by Bourne House for over 4 years, at every visit we would find excellent and sensitive care being provided by all staff in a highly professional manner. During Mum's last few days, we found the care being sensitive to her condition and her failing health, the family were encouraged to visit with her during her last days and we were highly supported by all staff at all levels. Mum passed very peacefully and the professional care continued throughout and beyond her final hours. With all thanks to Bourne House for looking after Mum/Nan/Sister, you are all beyond outstanding in what you do.

We arrived unannounced and found our relative looking well, clean and presentable. Several staff were available to make our visit as easy as it could be. We were able to discuss our relatives ongoing medical and physical needs and left confident that our relative was in good hands.

Bourne House is wonderful. The premises is always in pristine condition. The management is excellent. The carers are superb. It is a top class team and premises. My wife is calm and happy, therefore I am happy too. Bourne House has got to be the best care home in my opinion.

My husband has been a resident for six months now and during that time, I could not fault the staff in Bourne House. It is plain to see that they care for everyone - not just the mechanics of what they need to do but the caring way in which they do it. Everyone is treated with respect and care. They go above and beyond to ensure residents have appropriate activities at all times.

The staff at Bourne House are the gentlest, kindest team of carers. The atmosphere is always calm, respectful, happy and welcoming. Everyone, residents and visitors, are always met with a warm, welcoming smile. I feel constantly grateful that my mother found her way here.

The staff have all been very welcoming to me and my Mum. I am only here for an hour a week to visit but during that time I observe that everyone is dedicated to caring for the residents and go out of their way to be friendly to them even during stressful moments.

My partner has been here only a couple of months but already it feels like home. He didn't want to come here but now he appreciates the care, attention and kindness of all the staff. The staff extend this friendly relationship to family members too, which is much appreciated. Altogether, very highly recommend.

My dad has been here for around 2 years at this very comfortable place. We didn't have a single complaint. We are extremely satisfied with the care Dad is receiving. Staff are especially helpful and professional. Will recommend this place to all.

Dad has been in Bourne House for more than a year. I always found him in a safe environment with nurturing carers, who are always smiling and ready to help. The care have accommodate the patients as well and meet their nursing and mental needs. Thanks a lot to all Bourne House management.
