My mother received fantastic care and support whilst staying at Cambridge Nursing Home. The staff were wonderful in their dealings with my mother, I cannot praise them highly enough. I will always be grateful to all the staff for making my mothers last days comfortable and peaceful.

I am pleased to always find my friend happy and comfortable. The staff are always kind and helpful. In the future when available it would be nice for her to have a room with a view and some trees to see. The general care of the home is clean and all the facilities work. Thank you.

Re assurance - support - care and dignity. Always felt secure in knowing my brother was well looked after and his medical needs were not neglected.

Everyone is so nice to me, and I also like how the staff are very kind and helpful to me. I enjoy having my meals all the time. I enjoy being given the newspaper to read every morning. Also, I love doing the yoga classes, I really enjoy it quite a lot.

I enjoy the food so much; it's just lovely. The staff have been excellent and very helpful to me. They are very attentive. I also enjoy the activities, especially doing the yoga classes. I just love the environment and it feels very nice to make new friends every day during the activities.

I completely love everything here. The food is exquisite, so enjoyable. The chef makes the food that I want. I also like the staff very much, they are absolutely fantastic; they really provide me with all the help that I need. I enjoy being in my beautiful room while doing any provided activities, like reading and word search.

My Dad was treated with great care and dignity for the last 6 months of his life. I was amazed by the efficiency and patience of the staff.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Love and enjoy the food. My room is always nice and clean. Love and enjoy the activities, especially the exercises. Privacy is always respected.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The food is lovely. The room is always clean and someone comes to clean it up every day which is good. Love the activities, is something I enjoy the most. Privacy is respected.

Very helpful friendly staff communication is amazing. We are new to the home and I cannot fault the friendly staff and my mother in law seems happy. The room is lovely the team and friendly and I am happy with the communication I have had with them.

It is a big change from home to a care home, but all the staff have been very helpful in keeping us informed and welcoming us. Food and cleanliness are very good.

I am always impressed with how helpful and kind all the staff are. Office staff answer the phone promptly and always willing to book a visit as I request and my request for a loaned wheelchair is ready for my uncle to use. Nursing staff, also all other staff, on my uncle's floor show interest and willingly give up their time to discuss any matters with me.

'Exemplary' - all round refer to ratings. Hospital and ambulance crew provided with necessary paperwork - 'efficient'. Sensitivity provided by staff and some more than others. Customer service skills from all departments within the care home residents are dealt with good ability, experience and attention. However, some give much more empathy, given presented by majority of staff including attention to minor details. Each individual's needs are provided for or achieved generally in my review.

Overall, very impressed with all aspects of home and staff. I feel my mother is safe, well looked after and the staff actually care! Only niggles I have are actually getting in the home, especially at weekends, and the lift, which has a mind of its own. Would also like to see more use of garden and outings.

I am so pleased to be able to formally express my appreciation and gratitude for the care given by Cambridge Nursing Home to my stepfather. I smile about the care every time I visit. It is far superior to his previous residencies. He seems to be much happier and more settled. Thank you to everyone involved.

Cambridge Nursing Home has a very professional approach. It is well managed with a good deal of attention to detail. The management, nursing and care staff have been concerned to improve my mother's experience and they show a warm, friendly attitude to both her and our family. Communication is good and we feel very connected to my mother's care and day-to-day issues. Staff do find time to sit and chat to her but as someone who is bedbound with impaired sight and vision, there are no activities that suit her position.

I am very happy with the service I receive. The carer is wonderful. Recently, I have been very unwell. I had confidence in my carers and all the senior nursing staff. There is a wonderful team spirit of care and compassion and kindness at Cambridge Nursing Home. Thank you.
