Thank you so much for taking my mother to see Corteo at the Royal Albert Hall. Thank you for organising everything- you have made my mum very happy. She had a memorable day. Thank you also for the kindness shown towards my mother.

Mum has been here for 8 months and has received excellent care and attention. The staff are very kind and caring and look after her very well. The home is well run and visitors are made to feel welcome. They are also very approachable.

A wonderful place with great and caring staff. Have needed the facilities of Elizabeth Lodge since April 24 and they have provided professional care 24 hours a day. The staff remain attentive to all residents throughout the day.

Elizabeth Lodge Talent Competition; incredibly well planned by the Lifestyle team, and brilliantly executed by all the staff and residents at the Care Home. Full of fun with the BBQ prior. Well done everybody!

The staff at Elizabeth Lodge are very caring and kind. We are so grateful that our mum is well cared for and also has stimulation and fun too. Putting a loved one into a home is one of the hardest decisions to make, we were unable to keep our mum at home as her Alzheimer's was advanced. She is settled at Elizabeth Lodge and it gives us great peace of mind to know she is safe and happy there.

Was at the Hawaii BQ yesterday with my mum who is a resident. From start to finish all the staff played a big part in making the day remarkable joyful, loving, caring and fun. Has been a brilliant day, well done once again to all staff, thank you for making it a day to remember.

Great Talent party by one of the staff for all the residents! Lots of singing and great activities. Fun and it engaged all residents who attended. All the staff were involved and everyone had a great time. Well done!

Comfortable sleeping and sitting areas. Very well looked after gardens. Always some sort of activity going on including outings away from the home. Very clean and tidy. Rooms you can take your relative and have tea and cake with enough room for three or four people to visit at the same time. Quick and plenty of information about your relative at all times.

Elizabeth Lodge looks after my mum beautifully. She's safe, clean and well-fed. When I visit they make me feel very welcome and I can go whenever I want. Elizabeth Lodge constantly makes the environment welcoming and the staff are marvellous. They have a restaurant experience which I think is great and plenty of activities to entertain the residents. My only problem is that my mum doesn't join in very often but they always ask her. I know my mum feels safe there.

I visited a friend in Elizabeth Lodge and was delighted to see how friendly and approachable the staff were. It was wonderful to see how happy my friend is enjoying living at Elizabeth Lodge and enjoying all the daily activities that are provided. The staff are amazing, caring and do a fantastic job.

I looked at many Homes for my relative but Elizabeth Lodge outshone all the others by far. They provide excellent care and support in a comfortable setting. The staff are respectful and kind. Continuity of staff is also good. The family are so happy with the dramatic improvement in our relative's health and wellbeing since moving here and feel grateful for the peace of mind that this gives us. The menus are varied with good meal choices. The incredible recreation coordinator provides an abundance of activities and entertainment which includes regular trips and outings. There is also a large secure garden and outdoor seating area which is utilised for BBQs, parties etc. Congratulations to the management team for running such a wonderful home.

Elizabeth Lodge is a friendly happy home with compassionate staff committed to making a difference in people’s lives. The Customer Liaison Officer was my first point of contact and with her knowledge and help, my brothers' transition from the Community to a care home was seamless. The Lifestyle/Wellbeing Team enables residents to choose and engage in the home's varied plentiful activities programme. The lead is confidence-inspiring with her creative and person-centred approach. They have helped my brother immensely by giving purpose and structure to his day. All staff seem happy in their individual roles and work together as a team delivering a high standard of care. The manager once told me she feels time is one of the best things a person can give. She encourages staff to engage with residents as much as possible which is evident all throughout the home. All are generous with their time which builds people's dignity and self-respect.

I cannot praise Elizabeth Lodge Care Home highly enough. The initial assessment was professional and comprehensive, and I was always kept informed. The transfer of my mum to Elizabeth Lodge went very smoothly. On arrival, mum's admission to her room went very well. All the staff were very kind, welcoming and informative.

We are so happy with how the staff in Tudor looked after our mother. Anything we needed to know or understand was explained with patience and clearly. Everybody has shown so much compassion and care we could not ask for anything more than that. Thank you.

The staff have very a caring and affectionate manner. Always greeting patients by name. I am happy that we found this care home, as Mum seems to be happy and well looked after. Mum is checked regularly throughout the day. Her room is a good size, bright and kept clean.

Elizabeth Lodge is a wonderful home for my mother. She receives excellent care and support at all times. It is such a relief to know Mum is well looked after with fantastic basic care, personal care and a good range of activities. It is also very reassuring that we can visit any time and made to feel it is Mum's new home.

Mum is well looked after by the carers and nurses. Her complex needs are addressed well. Mum is treated with kindness and patience by all the team. There are always plenty of activities for residents and the home is kept bright, with displays regularly changed.

A friendly and compassionate home. The carers consider all the resident's individual needs and they seem attentive to them on a daily basis. Spirited carers seem happy in their work. The support of each other is openly evident. Sensible precautions keep their working environment safe for both carers and residents.

My father has been at Elizabeth Lodge for four weeks now. We are very satisfied with the care and support from the home. Especially one lady who has been very helpful.

All staff are very caring and go above and beyond for the residents; very supportive not just with the residents but family of residents also. Constantly seeing the activities they do with our families is great. My nan looks very happy and content.
