I am very happy with the care my mother receives at Frithwood Nursing Home. the staff are very supportive and I feel confident of their commitment to care of the residents here. I especially appreciate the staff share information regarding my mother when I come and see her.

We were so pleased that The Frithwood Nursing Home was recommended to us when looking for a care home for Dad, it has not disappointed and has exceeded our expectations, much praise and thanks must go to the staff and management for helping Dad with the transition. It's like a home from home! He is happy and is receiving excellent care and his needs are being fully met, we are delighted! Thank you!

I could not speak more highly enough of Frithwood Care Home. My mother is stable now thanks to their attention, their love and compassion. Having a sick parent is already worrying and so it is an immense relief Mummy is safe and cared for. My sister and I are immensely grateful.

I could not have asked for a better nursing home than this, Frithwood Nursing Home. The staff are incredible and will do whatever it takes to assist a patient with care and support; the place has jaw-dropping, flawless hygiene; the appearance is attractive and whenever you approach the grounds, you will always feel a hug of welcome envelop you. I'm in awe of how beautiful a place could be and my father is enjoying his time there with people who are similar to him in some or so many ways! The food also seems lovely and each resident gets a well-balanced, fresh meal that is healthy for them. I love my father and I'm so thankful and grateful to this nursing home, otherwise, I would've left him somewhere else. Frithwood Nursing Home, thank you so much for welcoming my father and family with open, welcoming arms and understanding him. Thank you for giving my father a second home in such a wonderful place.

A caring place for loved ones! I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my father has received at The Frithwood Nursing Home. From the moment he arrived, the staff welcomed him with open arms, making sure he felt comfortable and at home. Their compassion and dedication are evident in everything they do. The nursing team is attentive and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. I've seen firsthand how they go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels valued and cared for. The activities they provide keep the residents engaged, and it's heartwarming to see my father participating and enjoying himself. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, creating a warm environment. I feel at peace knowing my father is in such a nurturing place where he receives quality care and companionship.

Service is incredible and the people are super friendly. It's a really lovely and welcoming home for both residents and guests. The staff are always so happy to help and the facilities and standards are first class: it is a home away from home.

My husband was admitted to the care home on 31/10/2024. The family are pleased that he is being cared for and is warm and in a safe environment, as he has dementia and is very unsteady on his feet. We are confident that the staff are looking after him and are concerned for his welfare.

We are very happy with Dad's care. He has settled in and seems content. We are always made to feel welcome when we visit and the staff and manager are always available to speak to and the staff are very kind and gentle to Dad. Dad has been supported to eat better and is doing well.

A lovely environment for my stepdad - he's looked after very well and nothing is too much trouble for the staff - they are very caring and attentive - my mum can come and visit every day which gives her peace of mind.

My mum was moved here from hospital, she has diabetes and advanced Alzheimer's. My husband and I live overseas and were liaising with the home manager and his caring team at The Frithwood well before we could visit. The service, mannerism on the phone were just amazing and we were always reassured that my mum is being well cared for. We visited UK in August/September, we were so happy with the reception and attitude of all the staff, they were so caring towards my mum, and this has given us so much assurance of her being well looked after. Nursing home and end of life for many patients is very daunting, to have caring people around when family can't be there is heart-assuring for the family, we are in this scenario. Thank you and we commend the service, the attitude of all staff and facilities being offered. Also, my mum is vegetarian, and the staff have been so good at ensuring she is fed correctly as per dietary requirement. Thank you, very satisfied with the care and facilities.

It has been an incredible group of people at the care home who have supported us through these times to help improve my mum's health and help get it back on track. Still a work in progress but the staff has always been really supportive and I'd really thank each and every one out there for helping people with the best support. A special thanks to the management for being extremely understanding and helpful, thanks a ton!

Mum is looked after very well, staff are respectful, patient, kind and approachable. Any questions, or concerns I have are listened to and dealt with swiftly. The home is in a lovely location, clean and bright.

My father-in-law has been a resident here for most of this past year and he receives the most amazing care from all of the lovely staff. They're always very welcoming, smiley, friendly and approachable and always keep me informed of my father-in-law's changing health and they're always happy to answer any questions that I may have. There are also lots of different activities and wonderful singing sessions in the afternoons and all of the residents are encouraged to take part if they can. Thank you very much to you all and I am very grateful to everyone for the wonderful care that he receives.

The home and staff take very good care of my uncle. He has improved in health and demeanour since being here. Both the staff and manager are attentive to both residents and visitors. There is clear communication and updates. My uncle himself says 'he is very happy here'.

My husband was transferred to Frithwood after a lengthy stay in hospital. Since February he has settled in very well with the help of the caring staff and management meeting his needs. He has a compact very clean room although small but sufficient for him as he spends most of the day in the lounge with other residents. The staff are very friendly and the manager exceptional. Plenty of food and choices from daily menu. Happy that he is in such a good home.

Hillingdon Social Services gave my parents respite care at Frithwood for 17 nights from 12-29 May 2024 whilst we were on holiday. As they are both nearly 101 years old and Mum is diabetic and has dementia, I was keen to ensure we chose the right care home. The carer was so nice and informative upon our initial visit. He immediately put my mind at rest and the staff all went out of their way to talk to us. They even sent 2 videos of Mum and Dad whilst we were away which really put my mind at rest. From both of my parents not really eating proper food and mostly on meal replacement shakes, they went to have 3 meals a day and looked really well when we picked them up. The staff had trimmed Dad's hair and beard and even painted Mum's nails. I can't emphasise enough how happy I was that my parents stayed at this home. Thank you.

I visit our old family friend and see how he is every now and then but every time I come he is not alone and has something to eat in front of him. Excellent job Frithwood Nursing Home.
