I would highly recommend Kenwood Care Home. The staff are second to none and provide an outstanding service. My father was a resident for just under a year and with the help and support he was able to recover and finally go home in November 2024. Many thanks to all the staff for your support and care.

My mother-in-law has been a resident in Kenwood for seven years. During that time she has been treated with the utmost respect, care and kindness. We are welcomed whatever time we visit. There is always a friendly happy atmosphere in the 'home'. The management is very good and we are grateful for the care and support our family has been given.

My dad is very comfortable at Kenwood Care Home, he is not the easiest person to care for, he has dementia but the staff are so caring as are all the cleaners, food servers, laundry people and the entertainment lady. Manager always finds time to speak to you. Would recommend this site.

My dad was only at Kenwood for the last five weeks of his life, however, within this time he was treated with dignity and respect, he was peaceful and rested and this is due to the kind, friendly staff. We are extremely happy with the care provided and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

I have been in Kenwood since November 2023 and I can say the staff in Kenwood have looked after me very well. They are kind, and caring and would recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place to call home.

My mother was cared for at Kenwood Care Home prior to her recent death in January 2024. The care staff there are great, I witnessed genuine care and compassion for her. It was reassuring to see how so many of the staff built up a personal relationship with her during a difficult time as her health declined. The whole family is pleased that she went to a happy home, with professional caring staff, who go above and beyond to keep people happy, healthy and entertained. Shane.

I wish to express my gratitude for the care shown my father during his time at Kenwood. I especially want to thank the General Manager and staff, who have exceeded expectations. Since his arrival, they have shown support, respect and kindness, and his health and well-being are much improved. He participates in activities when able, is engaged with people and events, and interacts fully with residents and staff. The staff focus on residents’ best interests in all endeavours. New residents complete a lifestyle form, indicating their food preferences, hobbies, and interests. Meals and activities are planned in advance, so residents always know what to expect. Rooms are spacious and well-designed, with excellent amenities and create an environment suitable for seniors. All areas are clean and well-maintained and the building is safe and secure. The staff also provide family members with a progress report on the activities, health and well-being of their relative.

My dad was looked after very well. Top marks for food and care and would use it again if needed. Was pleased with the clean conditions and friendly staff that could not do enough for us. Thank you very much for looking after my dad in the last stages of dementia and his life.

I know your work is a hidden service, only seen by those that need you and you all deserve so much more acknowledgement. So, once again, thank you. The staff, from the office all the way to carers, chefs, etc, were wonderful. The level of care my mother received was excellent. I would recommend the home to anyone.

My experience is one of kindness and care. Kenwood is outstanding. I've not seen my mum so contented in years. Everyone is smiling and cheerful. The attention to her needs is the best. They are professional and warm at the same time. I feel part of the team - I feel I have friends at Kenwood. The level of hygiene is high. Never an unpleasant odour. Mum was sent there 2 years ago with only days to live. I wish you could see her now - Kenwood has put new life in my mum. Can't thank them enough.

My mother was at your home but unfortunately she passed away a few days ago. I am so grateful to all the staff and management that made her life so great, l thank all of you from the bottom of my heart may god bless you all. Once again. Thank you.

My sister came to this home one month ago. She is clearly very well cared for given her high dependency. The staff are cheerful and kindly.

I found that the care home was friendly and helpful and my mum seemed very happy. They hold parties in the gardens with plenty of food and sing-a-longs and all the families very much enjoy themselves. The manager is very friendly and takes on any issues you might have. So much that do with everyone.

My aunt had excellent care and was very happy in the last years of her life. She had dementia and was very frail but always had lots of praise for the staff and said she was very happy until her passing in May . My aunt made many friends with the other patients and staff and was well looked after, any problems were always reported straight to me and investigated.

Kenwood Care Home took wonderful care of my father for the last seven months of his life. The staff are excellent - extremely kind, patient and friendly. They treated my father with care and respect, and many staff members clearly were fond of him and were upset when he passed away. Kenwood staff members also attended my father's funeral. Everyone was always very welcoming to myself and other visitors, and Kenwood also runs nice activities for the residents and their families - such as a summer BBQ. The home manager is superb, and she went out of her way to help us with transitioning my father from living in his own home to moving into Kenwood. I could not recommend Kenwood highly enough, and I will forever be grateful to them for their help and kindness.

Kenwood management, nurses and all staff have been simply outstanding in the care of my friend in Kenwood. The home has a lovely family feel and is always fresh and welcoming. The staff are very caring and responsive to the residents and are dedicated to their well-being I could not have asked for more. They looked after my friend so well and showed kindness throughout. The activities inside and outside were wonderful and contributed to lots of fun for all. The food is very good indeed and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I can see that residents are very happy, relaxed and well taken care of. Outstanding care and thanks to all for everything you did for my friend from the first day she arrived to the day she passed away.
