I have found the caring nature of the people that work at Ladyville Lodge to be excellent. They all know the names and varied personalities of their residents. There is a warm atmosphere at the home. The activities and visits are varied, enabling many of the residents to go out and/or experience different activities within the home.

My husband has been a resident at Ladyville for 3 years. The actual home has a very friendly and homely feeling, nice bright rooms and comfortable lounge and dining room. The staff are excellent. Very caring and professional with the residents' best interests at heart. Very happy with his care.

Brilliant care home, staff fab, everyone can't do enough for the residents and families alike. Always something going on for residents, trips out, singers and other entertainment. Can't fault it. And when Mum gets unwell, they are really on the ball.

Mum is well cared for. Staff are all nice. Food looks lovely. Mum knows she needs care and knows it is the best home locally. Nursing staff on call all the time. Would recommend. Mum has met some lovely residents and refers to them as her new friends. Staff are always willing to listen, nothing is too much trouble. Caring and considerate of family feelings.

I have had a few hiccups over the past, but things have really improved. The staff are friendly and listen when I need them too, I feel my mum is very looked after with care and her needs are met medically.

Our experience has been so caring, helpful and accommodating. Yes there are tweaks that could be improved on, but they are working really well with all the improvements coming together at the home. The garden party was just wonderful and enjoyed by all. There are lots of daily activities and they have entertainment on a regular basis as well as organising outings. Please continue with these, as it's so important for the well-being of the residents. The kitchen staff and chefs are wonderful and work really hard to provide delicious home-cooked meals. Residents may just require some help/assistance with eating the food. The staff also listen to any concerns family members may have and give you their time in a very busy environment and we appreciate all you do, so a massive thank you.

Mum is happy at Ladyville, she has been here for quite a few years now including lockdown. It's a very caring home and kind, Mum is treated with dignity. She has her favourite carers that she has a laugh with! She said the food is good, her favourite is breakfast! Mum enjoys the singers that come in and lately enjoys sitting out in the courtyard.

The staff across all areas are very welcoming. Always happy to help with anything and welcome you warmly to the home. The medical and care staff stay on top of all my father's needs. I feel comfort in knowing my father is not just well looked after and safe but is also part of the welcoming home-from-home environment.

Staff are very caring. Facilities are good with plenty of activities. Rooms comfortable. Would certainly recommend Ladyville Lodge Care Home if you are looking for residential care for a friend or relative.

My Mum has always been well looked after, the staff are very friendly yet professional. The staff always seem to bring the best out of my Mother. Whilst she has been staying in Ladyville, she has been taken out on various trips, to local landmarks and garden centres. Ladyville organise singers and the like to visit the facility, and I often see photos on social media of my Mum up dancing, this makes me very happy. Thank you Ladyville for all your care and attention.

It has taken a while after my mother's sad passing to write this, but in the short time my mum stayed at Ladyville (4 months) I could not fault the care and attention she received. From the initial enquiry to her eventual stay, everything was done professionally and with Mum's utmost care in mind. I would thoroughly recommend Ladyville.

Had the best time today with my mum and all her friends at the Ladyville Christmas Party. Everyone who works there is so kind and makes you feel so welcome. It was a really lovely day, and I feel so happy with Mum's care. Highly recommend Ladyville.

We made the difficult decision to move our loved one to a care home and we could not be happier with our choice of Ladyville Lodge. The moment we walked in there was a real feeling of tranquility, warmth and kindness. The manager and the whole team are extremely professional, caring, and attentive to residents' needs and know every person very well. Any queries are managed quickly and effectively. The new manager has implemented renovations to Ladyville - looking excellent! The bedrooms are lovely, the lounge has a great community spirit, and the dining experience is amazing! Little touches such as linen tablecloths and flowers on the tables really make the residents feel special. Food is freshly prepared and cooked on-site and is always of very high quality, balanced and nutritious. The care, dignity, and happiness of residents is at the heart of everything. Our loved one is so happy, in her words 'this place is lovely, it's just how I imagine Heaven will be'. Thank you Ladyville!

Three years ago we had to make the heartbreaking decision to place my mum into care, after careful research we found Ladyville Lodge which offers the kind of care Mum needed and although the initial process was traumatic we realised that Ladyville Lodge was the best place to deal with all Mum's needs. The staff have always been kind and professional and with many being long-term caregivers it says much for the ethos of the home. We have always found the management and staff very caring towards Mum and the food is always cooked fresh and seems very tasty. Where possible the residents can take part in activities and join in the functions within the grounds. Finally we would like to add that we have always been very happy with the care Mum receives at Ladyville Lodge from all the staff in what must be at times very difficult and trying circumstances.

From the moment we walked through the door everyone was very welcoming. The carers are always happy, smiling and helpful. It’s a good feeling knowing you can walk away knowing your mum is being looked after. Although I feel it could do with a bit of modernisation, it makes up for it with caring staff.

My brother-in-law spent two months here recently and he loved it. Lovely large room, not luxurious but rather have basic room with five star care. The staff in particular, from The receptionist to the carers through to management- I felt they really cared for him. The staff feel like one big family here. The food was excellent and my brother in law (who has learning difficulties) was treated with kindness, respect and great patience - nothing was too much trouble. Set in beautiful grounds, we really felt that he was in great hands. Thoroughly recommend Ladyville Lodge to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

My dear mum had Alzheimer's and came to Ladyville Lodge Care Home from hospital for end of life care. I cannot speak highly enough of the care she received. Family members were made extremely welcome and communication and nursing were superb. It was extremely comforting to be able to spend so much time with Mum and to see her treated as if she was their relative by the staff. Ladyville Lodge is set in a lovely location, so it is a peaceful and tranquil place for residents and visitors. As a family, we are extremely grateful for the wonderful care and support for Mum and us all during such a difficult and sad period.
