My friend has been a resident of Lansdowne for about 15 months. I have visited her on several occasions and have been impressed by the excellent care she receives. Her health has stabilised since she has been living here. So is good to see her settled and happy especially today on her 80th birthday.

Not being able to continue looking after our mother at home, it is of great comfort to me to know how well she is being looked after at Lansdowne. Her physical health has improved and she looks healthy again. The staff are professional and caring, and I can not speak highly enough of what I see when I am visiting.

Fantastic home, the best home, no one can do more than this. My cousin has excellent care. When she came here she was not doing well, but now she is so nicely doing well and cannot thank staff and care home.

Great staff was polite and clean, they checked up on my uncle and made sure he had everything he needed.

The staff are wonderfully cheerful and very caring to the patients. The staff ensure all the patients' needs are cared for with a smile. The staff are very patient with the patients. The staff also ensure patients like my mother are involved in activities so they don't just sit in their rooms, enabling them to make friends and prevent loneliness.

My sister became a resident recently and was made very welcome by all the staff. Her room was freshly decorated with colours that my sister chose, a handyman is always on hand to personalise the room, hang photos, fit shelves where wanted etc. Although the staff are very busy, they always take care of my sister's needs, physical and medical, to the point where she was accompanied to an outside medical appointment. All in all, I am very pleased. Thank you.

The caring staff are kind, happy, supportive, friendly, welcoming and jolly. They go out of their way to accommodate the client's and families' requests. The home is warm and cosy with a nice family atmosphere.

I am so very glad that my mum is part of the Lansdowne Care Home big happy family. All the staff are so caring, kind, professional, attentive and treat my mum like part of their family. My mum is happy to join in the big range of fun activities, celebrations and events. She now loves to dance and sing. Lansdowne Care Home is highly highly recommend. Thank you for looking after my mum with so much love, kindness and smiles.

Since the 1st day I arrived at the care home, I always felt welcomed. They also surprised my dad's birthday and I loved it for him. My father also loves the majority of the nurses in the care home because it's a warm environment.

My husband is a resident. We chose the home because it came with great recommendations from friends of residents. The setting is lovely, well-kept, clean, quiet and safe. They have lots of activities going on, my husband wants to get involved. Good home, activities and management.
