Pleasant reception on phone and in person. Printed and online information available. Caring staff. Cheerful in their work. Never ignoring requests. Involving the residents in activities. Personal timetables for individuals needs. Good sized rooms. Bright and homely living room. Dining hall / entertainment space also bright and spacious. Super entertainment officer.

He has been here 2 years. The care has been excellent. Everyone has been so kind. The diabetic care, the dementia care, all nursing most knowledgeable and professional. Huge thanks.

I'm very pleased and grateful for the fact that my husband resides in this excellent nursing care home. The entire atmosphere of the home is always positive and there are people's smiling faces most of the time. The nurses and covers are very helpful. They are earnest in their duties and look after the residents with kindness and often great patience. Events and activities are well planned and designed so that residents have an enjoyable time/experience. Thank you so much!

This was the second visit to this care home. It presents as a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Staff are pleasant which gives an assurance that your loved one will be cared for in the same manner. Staff are very helpful and they appear to genuinely care. I genuinely had a good feeling about this place however, my only negative at this point is that I wished that they would have a 1/52 respite and not two, which appears to be standard policy.

Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Nice to see garden from room windows. Good environment. Overall clean and tidy.

My dad stayed at Middlesex Manor whilst we were unable to care for him for a couple of weeks. We were worried about how he would cope but the staff were really caring and patient and I think that was key. It was great for him to join in some of the activities. He even said himself it wasn't bad and he quite enjoyed it, which was a great result! We'll definitely consider another stay there when we need care again. The whole family is very grateful to the staff at Middlesex Manor, and we thank them so much for their genuine care and hard work.

I just want to take the opportunity to thank the carers, nurses, domestic staff and management at Middlesex Manor Care Home for the care and help given to my mother over the last few months. My mother has made a massive improvement during this period of time. Everybody has demonstrated a professional, compassionate, knowledgeable approach while ensuring her road to recovery. Thank you for a wonderful service.

My cousin came to Middlesex Manor on the 8th of January and died on the 16th of January. My last telephone conversation showed that he was settling in well and getting to know the staff. His mood had lifted and he was happy in the home.

My cousin was only here for a short time, he and us were made very welcome. We were able to hand over many details, both written and verbally. They were so kind in the way that they cared for hime and were especially helpful to us when he passed away. Despite being with them a short time it felt like family, even giving cuddles to us. This is a homely home which I would recommend to anyone. Praise and thanks.

Our dad was in Middlesex Manor Care Home for a short time before passing away we can't thank the staff enough for the wonderful care they gave him. It was always comforting for us to know how well he was being looked after. We were always made so welcome. The home is so clean. Lots of great activities very friendly staff. A great team and lovely food.

Our father was a resident for sixteen months before he sadly passed away. His care was exemplary. Staff could not have been more supportive of us, as a family. They cared so much for Dad, even though he could be difficult at times, their patience and love shone through. The activities and functions are incredible, even though Dad was unable to partake, we were always included. Communication was excellent. We will be forever grateful to all the staff for all they have done for Dad and can highly recommend Middlesex Manor Care Home for your loved ones.

My mother-in-law has been in the care home for a few years and we really appreciate all the hard work and dedication. The staff are very passionate about the care they provide the residents. The team at Middlesex Manor are professional, caring, and above all very approachable. Keep up the excellent standard.

My father has been a resident for some time now and has always been treated with dignity and respect by all members of staff who have day to day interaction with him. The activities that the home provides are good. The staff are very good at keeping me up to date with regards to care plan adjustments and I feel that my father is getting very good care at Middlesex Manor.

From my first visit to assess the suitability for my mother I found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite, the place was very clean and had great facilities and having subsequently met the management team I have rated them accordingly

My dad has been in Middlesex Manor Care Home for just over a year and I honestly cannot praise the standard of care he has been receiving enough. The staff are all absolutely amazing! I am kept informed of any issues immediately and they are always available to talk to me about dad. They genuinely do care about my dad and for that I am truly grateful! Thank you to the entire team at Middlesex Manor.

As soon as she arrived at Middlesex Manor Care Home my mother was comfortable and felt cared for. Every member of staff was welcoming and friendly and treated her with dignity and respect. As family we were included in that welcome and were encouraged to come in as often as we wanted. I felt that the staff got to know my mother very quickly and were genuinely interested in her life and work. The administrative side was explained well so we understood all costs.

My mum stayed for a two week respite period. The attention and care given were excellent. It gave me peace of mind that my mum was receiving the best care. The staff went above and beyond. They are very professional. My mum was really happy during her stay.
