From our visits to the home we have found the staff very friendly and our very good friend's care excellent.

We enjoy our visits to Nairm House. The staff are always friendly and obliging. My mother in law always seems happy with her room and interacts with staff on a really friendly basis. She enjoys company and needs to get out more, but this is due to her reluctance to be moved from the safety of her bed/room.

The staff are amazing and well informed as well as friendly Upon arrival we are notified of our Mum's condition, what she has eaten, as well as who has visited her. We very rarely have to ask for information as we have already been updated. Generally, all excellent.

We visit my cousin once a month. She always looks clean, tidy, and nicely dressed. Her room is clean and tidy. Whatever she needs is left within easy reach. She always looked relaxed and has a good rapport with carers. We are aways welcome. The staff always lets us know my cousin's situation and if there is anything she needs. Our visits are always a positive experience.

I have known the resident for more than 50 years. I can see she is well cared for. The room is very clean and well decorated. Very roomy and furnished very nicely. The reception staff were extremely friendly and make you feel welcome.

All staff, including the reception area, make you feel extremely welcome. I find everyone helpful and very approachable. What is most important to my family is, we feel she is safe and well cared for when we are not here.

The staff are the best thing about this care home. I cannot speak highly enough about the nurses and carers. Management visit residents everyday to chat and check. Very supportive of all needs. Recommended. Bupa helpline and customer service, very highly recommended.

We put my mother-in-law in Nairn House Care Home. The facilities are very good. Relationships are very good and carers are wonderful. Very clean. She is very well looked after and me and her sons are very happy.

I cannot fault the care of my sister. The staff are lovely, considerate and very helpful. The premises are always spotless and the activities and entertainment are absolutely brilliant. I cannot thank you all enough.
