View Full Details of Parkview Nursing HomeReally impressed with the facilities at Parkview Nursing Home. What I witnessed was excellent.
I find the staff immediately available when I press the buzzer. I am treated with kindness and dignity. I am grateful to them.
I have been a resident for 4 months and received excellent nursing and care. Regular pain relief and consultations with the NHS doctor have been part of my stay. The meals and drinks have been very good throughout the 4 months.
I found all staff approachable and always willing to help. It's always difficult leaving your relative after a visit. But I felt confident my father was well taken care of.
I cannot fault the staff in any way. I was treated so well the whole time I was in the home. Staff always ready to help in every way. Very caring.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management, medical and non-medical staff for the warmth and care given to me during my stay in Parkview Nursing Home, having been discharged from hospital, following a fractured hip operation. My care was continued in Parkview Nursing Home for two weeks and I was quite happy and content with the care and attention, and the quality of the food.
My stay at Parkview was satisfactory and provided care that I needed during my stay. The attention from physio OT and all staff was excellent. But looking forward to going home.
I have been visiting my brother for 3 months and didn't know who was who (staff) or who was in charge, until now. I think staff should introduce themselves from the start. The staff are friendly enough. I am not next of kin and I don't really know what is going on with my brother i.e. Will he have to stay here indefinitely or are there other plans for the future?
I want to express my gratitude during my stay at Parkview Nursing Home. The staff, management and activities staff are very nice, always gave updates on daily activities which I haven't attended, during my stay I chose to stay in my room and have a one-to-one. Thank you all very much. God bless.
My mother was a resident in Park View for two weeks after a stay in hospital when she broke her hip. The staff were friendly and attentive. When I arrived to visit my mother, they took time to explain to me what would happen over the course of her stay. Mum likes the food and the staff who took good care of her.
Great home. Would come back if needed.
I don't know how I would have managed without the kindness and support that the sister and her team gave me. A big thank you, and if I am able to have my left knee done, can I come here, please?
My experience over the past 6 months has mostly been 100%, took a little time for nurses, carers, and all staff to get used to each other... including Mum. Everyone is friendly and helpful, efficient and professional.
I certainly feel very fortunate to have been able to come here. Everyone here has been very encouraging, kind and caring. I could not have had better care. As a result, I am feeling so much better than when I arrived. Thanks to everyone here and their high standards of caring. They have all been a pleasure to know.
When I was offered the rehab place at Parkview Nursing Home, I did not know what to expect, but when I came I found the place extremely clean. All the staff were very friendly, patient and devoted to the job. I cannot express how everyone works with great love and devotion. I shall miss you tremendously. I will remember you all, may our Lord bless you all.
Very polite, helpful, kind, nursing carers and auxiliary staff. They treat patients very well without complaints or displeasures but with a smile on their faces. Altogether makes a pleasure staying here and aids recovery very well with such a group of professional people to aid our speedy recovery by a good psychological environment for patients.
I was surprised and pleased to learn that this rehab time was available. Very impressed with the room and general conditions. Staff friendly and polite, only problem with the food was I am on a restricted diet which was not available, but effort was made to provide an alternative. A very minor point - the television was not working due to no suitable remote control to be found! Able to view just one channel. Very helpful in organising hospital visits on several occasions while I was there, including transport.
Very professional and caring staff, more so in view of the difficulties they are facing under Covid 19.
Everything is very good. Very well arranged and the people are very friendly.
I spent two weeks at Parkview as part of my rehabilitation following an operation for a hip dislocation before I went back home. I must say that I was extremely happy to spend that time there. The facilities are excellent and the care from staff couldn't be better. They were all friendly, helpful and most were experienced and couldn't do enough to help you and prepare you for going home. I recommend this place 100% Thank you Parkview.
