So glad we chose The Willows to look after my mother. First class care with the very best of qualified friendly staff. We are always made welcome when we visit, and mum is looked after in a caring loving environment.

The staff are very loving and kind. They are all very affectionate towards my mother. In case of any issues they are prompt to notify me and follow up on my requests promptly. I am happy with overall care and service.

Since my mum has been at The Willows I have had no concerns regarding her care. Every time I come to see her she is safe, clean and appears well looked after. Meals are cooked in-house which is warm and welcoming. The manager is always very proactive, and involved very much in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.

Always a warm welcome and good to see Mum in such a pleasant home. She receives good care, and we are kept well informed of all aspects of Mum's care. Excellent facility.

It is encouraging to see Dad sit in the main lounge with other residents. Overall he appears to be calmer since he has been at The Willows. It is wonderful that volunteers come in once per week to sing Christian songs and say prayers with the residents. This will mean a lot to Dad, as Church is such an important part of his life. Thank you so much.

My father moved into the Willows in October 2023. Unfortunately, I live outside Britain, but have found communication with the Willows to be excellent, and not lacking in any respect. I have been very impressed by the level of commitment and engagement evident from the management from the very beginning, and the staff also demonstrated a very impressive level of care and commitment to my eighty-two-year-old father, who has significant care needs. My father seems happy at the Willows.

Mum has been here for over four weeks and so far so good. The facilities are great and the staff are professional and know what they are doing. They are also friendly and keep us updated.

My father was admitted to the home, suffering from dementia and a host of medical and mobility issues. Staff are professional and friendly and an engaging environment is provided for the residents. On occasions when my father required urgent medical attention, the staff acted quickly and efficiently.

The food which is served and cooked at Willows is very nutritious and carefully thought through. My mum really enjoys the food cooked by the chef. Thank you for cooking fresh tasty food.

All the staff are really caring towards my mother, making sure her needs are looked after. She is very comfortable in the home and as family, we are always made to feel welcome when visiting whatever time we come.

The property is well situated with nearby Southall Station within walking distance. The cleanliness and security of the property is satisfactory. However overwhelming factor is the extremely pleasant and likeable staff from the management down to the individual carers and maintenance staff.

Whenever I visit, my aunt always looks clean and tidy. She seems happy and content, given her circumstances. The staff all seem to be very good, caring and focused on looking after the people in their care. The home appears clean and tidy, with simulating things around to help the residents. Always plenty of staff around.

I am very happy with the care my auntie receives. Before, she could not even feed herself; there is so much improvement and I really, really appreciate the care the staff provide. They are very friendly and helpful and I will recommend to any friend or family The Willows Nursing Home. Thank you.

My experience of the home has been very positive. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My mother's health has improved since she has arrived and she is well looked after.
