The staff are so friendly and we had lots of time to talk to our great grandma and congatulalate her birthday. The rooms are so pretty and roomy and our great grandma is so well cared for. She has lovelly food and the staff look after her so well. 5/5 stars.

My husband continues to receive exemplary care. His general care is excellent and his dignity is alway repected. The staff are kind and carry out their duties with care and respect and provide me with the peace of mind that he is being looked after day + night. They keep me informed of any changes in his condition. There pastoral care for myself and my children is wonderful. It is wonderful that we can ask anything as they are so approachable. They do a very difficult job with kindness and understanding of my husbands and my needs.

The care home is welcoming, clean and friendly. The rooms are of a good size and pleasant views of the landscaped gardens to the rear. Very happy with the staff who are always there to help.

My wife is always clean and cared for by excellent staff under difficult circumstances as my wife has dementia and serious stenosis of the spine. I visit every day. The care and cleanliness of my wife and the home are of high standard.

Always such a lovely visit. My aunt is so well looked after. The staff are always pleasant and caring. The environment is always bright and cheerful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. There are always lots of planned activities and everyone is included. We so look forward to our visits and are happy knowing she is so well cared for.

High standard of care provided for my grandfather. He is well cared for and recently when he was taken ill the staff worked quickly to ensure he had the medical assistance that he required. Staff are always very welcoming and warm when we visit.

Staff are very attentive and friendly to my mum. The quality of the food is good at the moment especially at weekends. Mums room is always kept very clean + tidy. Head housekeeper is excellent + very attentive toward mum. Always above + beyond care. I would recommend this place to family + friends.

We are so thankful for the care given to my 95 year old mother who has lived at the home for over ten years. She is so comfortable and well cared for by nursing and care staff. It is such a joy to see her being fed her lunch because she smiles at them and clears her plate! It is a great relief to us now she can do little for herself. We know she is safe in their caring hands.

I can only say in all cartographies that the staff and management as all in excellent order - the food is not always to my taste but it is wholesome and serves its purpose. Activities are well organised by the activities coordinator - all types of games, music, films and quizzes for example, also live entertainment is organised, once every month - and in the spring and summer the garden is an attraction with many colourful plants being nurtured by the residents and plants are also purchased.

The reason my parent is where she is is because I can no longer look after her myself. She needs 24-hour complex care so I can not praise the staff enough for the care and support that my parent receives here. I do find there is a language barrier at times for myself so I know there will be for my mum too. Sometimes it is misunderstood what she wants but overall, I know she is being cared for and she is safe at Beaumont Park Care Home.

I have received and experienced kindness and care from exceptional staff who have always had smiles on their faces, even when coping with the problems caused by the broken lift.

Very friendly and helpful staff which made my dad's respite stay very good and enjoyable. Would highly recommend the home to anyone in need of their services.

Staff are very polite and welcoming when we come and visit Mum. Mum's care is excellent, she is very settled. She enjoys the activities that the activities coordinator plans for them each week who is excellent, also the carers are as well!)

All staff are friendly and say hello or have a chat. Mum is comfortable and enjoys the activities. The activities coordinator organises some great activities and tries to include everyone.

Since arriving, Mum has been cared for and respected which in turn has put our minds at rest. We cannot thank the staff and management enough. Thank you for looking after our mum.

When visiting, we always find the home very well-kept and the people always very pleasant and helpful and my sister is very happy and very well looked after. Thank you again.

1. All the staff I have had dealings with have been pleasant, helpful and courteous. 2. Any small issues raised by resident or me have been addressed sympathetically and resolved without undue delay. 3. Response to resident's alarm calls, invariable, are swift and issues solved efficiently. 4. Residents, where appropriate, are regularly visited by staff to encourage exercise or movement. 5. Good team work is apparent throughout the residential home.

I find this care home very accommodating to the needs of my late father. Everyone was very helpful and caring, I was well-informed about any progress/situations about my father. All in all, I'm very pleased he spent the last part of his life here.
