High standard of care provided for my grandfather. He is well cared for and recently when he was taken ill the staff worked quickly to ensure he had the medical assistance that he required. Staff are always very welcoming and warm when we visit.

Staff are very attentive and friendly to my mum. The quality of the food is good at the moment especially at weekends. Mums room is always kept very clean + tidy. Head housekeeper is excellent + very attentive toward mum. Always above + beyond care. I would recommend this place to family + friends.

We are so thankful for the care given to my 95 year old mother who has lived at the home for over ten years. She is so comfortable and well cared for by nursing and care staff. It is such a joy to see her being fed her lunch because she smiles at them and clears her plate! It is a great relief to us now she can do little for herself. We know she is safe in their caring hands.

I can only say in all cartographies that the staff and management as all in excellent order - the food is not always to my taste but it is wholesome and serves its purpose. Activities are well organised by the activities coordinator - all types of games, music, films and quizzes for example, also live entertainment is organised, once every month - and in the spring and summer the garden is an attraction with many colourful plants being nurtured by the residents and plants are also purchased.

The reason my parent is where she is is because I can no longer look after her myself. She needs 24-hour complex care so I can not praise the staff enough for the care and support that my parent receives here. I do find there is a language barrier at times for myself so I know there will be for my mum too. Sometimes it is misunderstood what she wants but overall, I know she is being cared for and she is safe at Beaumont Park Care Home.

As always, I find my wife's care excellent. The effort put in by all the staff made Christmas enjoyable for residents and visitors.

I still find the care of my husband exemplary. His general personal care is excellent. The staff are caring and constantly enquiring after his welfare and also that of the family. The nursing care is excellent. Everyone here in the home, domestic staff, carers and nurses, are always checking on his welfare. There is a wonderful atmosphere of care here. I visit every day and feel confident in his care when I leave. Although my husband is very sleepy all the time, they still check on him regularly.

I have received and experienced kindness and care from exceptional staff who have always had smiles on their faces, even when coping with the problems caused by the broken lift.

Overall I am very pleased with the care my husband receives. He enjoys his meals and the staff are very helpful with his everyday needs. During a short stay in hospital recently his room has been decorated and a new armchair to match has been put in situ. Looks very nice. All staff are much appreciated. Thank you.

Staff are very polite and welcoming when we come and visit Mum. Mum's care is excellent, she is very settled. She enjoys the activities that the activities coordinator plans for them each week who is excellent, also the carers are as well!)

All staff are friendly and say hello or have a chat. Mum is comfortable and enjoys the activities. The activities coordinator organises some great activities and tries to include everyone.

1. All the staff I have had dealings with have been pleasant, helpful and courteous. 2. Any small issues raised by resident or me have been addressed sympathetically and resolved without undue delay. 3. Response to resident's alarm calls, invariable, are swift and issues solved efficiently. 4. Residents, where appropriate, are regularly visited by staff to encourage exercise or movement. 5. Good team work is apparent throughout the residential home.

I find this care home very accommodating to the needs of my late father. Everyone was very helpful and caring, I was well-informed about any progress/situations about my father. All in all, I'm very pleased he spent the last part of his life here.

My mum has dementia and needs lots of care. The staff are friendly and look after her extremely well. They do everything they can to make sure she is as happy and comfortable as possible.

My mum was in Beaumont for a week before passing and I could not wish for such caring and compassionate care. They went above and beyond to make Mum comfortable and pain-free. We will always be grateful for the care Mum received.
