We have been very impressed with the care and support given to our mother. Despite being in care for just a few months she has settled very well, largely due to the extra effort made by the caring staff of Queens Court. We would happily recommend.

Dad had a to go into emergency care last February when mum was taken very poorly and was in a hospital and we needed to be with her. Queens Court had a bed and when mum passed away two weeks later we were able to go through the process for dad to be a permanent resident. It was a tough journey for us as a family but with the help and support of everyone at Queens Court we got through a terrible time. Dad is very happy and so am I and my sister.

Wonderful welcome into a peaceful and friendly home from home. All staff are kind and friendly. The facilities are very clean and the bedrooms light and spacious. The food is good quality and the kitchens are very flexible.

Excellent facilities and staff care for the residents. Amazing atmosphere. Very clean. Wonderful catering and excellent chef. Professional and caring staff. Very informative and helpful staff. Garden is kept like a mini Flower Show.

Staff are always pleasant and professional We have visited a few time and each time I have no issues with staff The person we visit is happy to stay here and we don't have issues with her care Having said this it's not my responsibility to care for her as she has family that take responsibility for her well being

I received a warm welcome on arrival as usual. The Manager is very approachable and energetic in her quest to make the residents happy and enhance the surroundings. My mother is happy and settled and enjoys socialising with her friends and taking part in the wider variety of activities now taking place. Visitors are made welcome and are able to enjoy refreshments with their loved ones like a home from home.

Credit where it's due. It must be the hardest decision in anyone's life to see their loved one's or lifelong friends put into care albeit for their well being and safety in old age. We are absolutely delighted with our friends progress in just over two weeks of being in Queens Court, from where she was in herself to where she is already is incredible. Having met some of the kind selfless staff the common denominator is they clearly have one aim and that is to make the patient as happy and comfortable as physically possible catering for each individual's needs. It is so lovely after a visit knowing our friend is in safe hands receiving the best possible care more so it is lovely to see her eyes smiling once again. You can't put a price on a loved one's life. Well done team Queens Court and Thank you.

Over the last couple of years I have visited this Care Home at least once a week. I have always found all the staff, whether carers, helpers, cleaners, reception, kitchen or anyone else, to be welcoming, friendly, smiling, helpful and efficient. My friend, who is a resident, says exactly the same and is very happy there. Also she appreciates the meals which are tasty and varied. Any medical issues have been dealt with quickly with accompanied hospital visits if necessary.

Professional friendly considerate team. Clean and fresh environment with comfortable and well furnished bedrooms, living areas and dining room. Exceeded my expectations. Living abroad I can now relax in the knowledge that my mum will be safe and well looked-after in between my visits.

I have found Queens Court to be very welcoming, staff are always friendly and helpful. All rooms are cosy and clean, also very comfortable. Christmas trees and decorations in all the lounges look so pretty.

I can't explain how well mum is looked after, the care and the time they take to talk to her, meaning the attention that she is receiving is enormous. To say thank you does not cover it all. At the moment we are going into Christmas and again the attention to the decorations is wonderful, photos need to be taken. Highly recommended.

Lovely caring staff, very patient. Can't do enough for their clients or the families that visit. After a few teething problems, which are to be expected in the beginning, were fixed everything is lovely. He is very well looked after.

Lovely staff and so supportive. Lovely food and services. Accommodating for all requests and very inviting. Ensures that residents are looked after and spoken with even just in passing. Very homely feel.

Mum has only been a resident for a few days but in that time all the staff and facilities have been excellent.

Our father recently celebrated his 100th birthday for which the whole team provided a magnificent party for him, with family and other residents joining in with the fun. We have always found all the staff extremely polite, happy and caring towards ourselves and our father. We are certain he couldn't be in a better care home and, when asked, he said he was very happy and couldn't fault it. Thank you to everyone.

What did we want from a care home? A warm welcome, not only because you have made, in my case, a heart-wrenching decision to place a loved one in care. From the moment we arrived, after a tough fourteen weeks in hospital we were greeted by the Queen's Court manager and her fantastic team. Three weeks in and we take enormous comfort in the knowledge that everything is being done to make Mum comfortable and well cared for. Every need is catered for. Lovely surroundings, nice food, caring staff, enriched days with activities and we are kept well informed at every stage of Mum's welfare. The peace of mind for our family is immeasurable. Well done Queen's Court!

My mother has just had her 100th birthday and we held a celebration party at the home for family and friends. The staff made the day so special, they went out of their way to adapt to our needs and were so caring. I had so many positive comments about the lovely staff, how impressed they were with the home and the garden. My grateful thanks go to all involved with the day.

Queens Court is an excellent choice for your loved one. I drive away knowing he’s extremely well looked after and the staff there do their utmost best to ensure every need is met. The food and choices are lovely and nothing is too much trouble if the resident asks for something not on the menu.
