My brother is very happy here. Every time we visit he is in good spirits. I find the care home a very cheerful place. The staff are so friendly, helpful and caring.

Waterhall is a lovely home for my uncle and all staff are very caring, my uncle has been in Waterhall for 19 months now and enjoys the music and singing sessions. He love seeing the animals and thinks of all the staff as friends.

The staff and management are fantastic. The home is run properly. My mother is happy and well-kept. No complaints. Very friendly staff as well. Cannot fault the team. Well done.

My friend has been in Waterhall Care Home for a couple of months now, he has settled down really well and always clean and happy, the staff are very friendly helpful and caring and make the residents feel at home.

Excellent. Our relative had been in hospital for ten weeks and was very frail. After six weeks at the home, she was eating well, had no infections, much calmer and much more lucid than upon arrival. The staff are very friendly and caring.

My mum has been at Waterhall for just coming up to two years. I have to say that all of the careers are absolutely amazing and the nurses on the floor. Nothing is too much hassle and they are always willing to help with whatever is needed. The home is always busy with social events which are to every resident so whether in bed all the time or in the lounges everyone gets to be involved. I have to say this is the best-run home I have seen which has to be handed to not only the caregivers, nurses, housekeepers, volunteers but also the wonderful managers. This is not just a care home but a home for my mum and myself. I would recommend this home to anyone and I am always saying how wonderful it is to my colleagues and friends.

My mum has been getting care for a few years, all the staff are so lovely, nothing is too much, very friendly, I would recommend the care home to other families, the staff always update the residents families.

My mother spent the last 10 months of her life at Waterhall Care Home. I cannot express how good the care was at this time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she was clean, hydrated and happy. I seriously will never be able to thank them enough.

My husband has been with the Waterhall Care Home family for just over one year. He is so much better now than he was when he first went there. He is always clean and happy and well looked after by his dedicated carers. There is so much more I could say about the excellent running of the care home and it never changed whatever day or time I visit. It makes me happy.

A truly wonderful home. Not only did they do an amazing and caring job looking after my father who was a resident, they were equally as amazing with my mother, offering her comfort and support. I had only seen bad things about care homes but these lovely people completely changed my mind. They were so good with my dad and his needs, nothing was too much trouble and it felt like they really loved him as we did. They ensured that my mother was equally looked after. The staff acted on any suggestions that we had towards my father's care and we felt completely confident with him living here. Thank you so much for all that you have done for us, it was truly appreciated.

The minute you enter Waterhall Care Home, you are met by smiling and polite care staff from admin staff, manager, nurses, care staff, activities coordinator, and domestic staff. The home is well-kept and very clean and you can never perceive any odours. The care given to residents is amazing, they are given person-centred care, given choice of what they want to eat or drink according to their care plan. Care staff do not assume what a patient needs they ask. The home is filled with the laughter of staff and residents.

I think the home is lovely and the staff are very friendly and do the very best job possible but every care home needs extra staff so that residents could be given extra attention that they deserve.

My mother has been a resident at Waterhall Care Home since 2020. The staff are amazing and pay such attention to detail in every aspect of care given. The friendly atmosphere lends itself well to a home environment. One can say it is a "Home away from Home". During Covid times the weekly webinars were a godsend and the live chats via video call kept families very much in the loop. It gives me such peace of mind, living in South Africa to know that Mom is so well taken care of. Keep up the excellent work Waterhall ... much appreciated!

Mum has been a resident at Waterhall Care Home for a number of years and the relationship between staff and residents is fantastic. Always make time for a chat, can share a joke and have a sing song. Communication from the team is really on point and webinars are held regularly to explain topics such as dementia. I love the social media updates.

Amazing staff with such attention to detail. Every single staff member had a unique story and connection with my mother. I stayed there for a whole week at the end of her life. I was treated with respect, care and compassion, and this was a fraction of how they treated my mother. I am in awe of the work they do. I am so grateful. All of the staff are fantastic. I will never forget their compassion. Even to the end, there was oral care and movement to prevent pressure sores. They take great pride in ensuring that there is full skin integrity. Bravo. This care home is like no other that I have ever seen and I really wouldn't mind ending my days somewhere like this. Thank you.
