Memories made with love and Joy this afternoon. We cannot thank you enough.
Mum has lots of fun at all the occasions we are very pleased
The staff are lovely especially the activities manager who is full of life fun and a positive warm personality. The carers are also caring, considerate and approachable.
I come to all events with my mum, shes has great time lots of fun, well look after.
My mum was a resident up until February at Queens Court and my sister and family were always impressed with the care she received while there. Mum was always treated with dignity and was cared for by staff as though she were one of their own family. We are very grateful to everyone at Queens Court and will miss them.
Lovely afternoon at Queens Court with my mum and some of the staff. Big thank you to the activities lady for doing the organising East end afternoon and. Thank you to the manager for idea. Look for to the next event Mother's day.
My mum was booked in to stay for a month's respite following hip replacement but we moved her home after a week. The staff are lovely people but woefully overstretched meaning call buzzers are ignored for more than half an hour - my mum resorted to telephoning the home then, when they answered, telling them she was upstairs buzzing and could someone come! The rooms are basic and not cleaned well, my mum was in 8 days with only one bedding change on day 5 after we stepped in and requested it. I watched the cleaner check her bed table for crumbs and just wipe up the crumbs, leaving the rest of the table unwiped! The food is very poor and the main reason for moving. Even the staff don't know what they are serving (another observation and hearing conversation). The dining area/tea making area was closed for 3 days for refit without adequate temporary facilities, and with the dining tables still laid out among the dusty works. The overall atmosphere was one of chaos and disorganisation.
All staff are very caring, careful and aware of all my needs. I feel safe to be here. I will definitely recommend the house for someone who needs to be looked after.
I love it at Queen Court Care Home. My favourite thing is pet therapy.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. So keep up supporting the residents.
Cannot fault the care and dedication of all the staff, not only to my brother but to me and my niece, all staff were very warm and caring, I couldn't have asked for better care for my brother, he was always clean, and very loved.
Since Dad has been resident, he has improved so much. No longer so lonely as he was at home and much better medically, cognitively and emotionally. The whole atmosphere of Queens Couirt has helped with this. The friendly staff, professional care, good food, diligent attention both pro and reactive to his needs is fantastic! The ambience, decoration and layout makes it a home from home and the amazing activities arranged for residents keep them engaged, happy and involved. Absolutely fantastic, I'm impressed and delighted with every aspect of Queens Court, it's staff and care. Thank you!
So happy to know my husband is being cared for 24/7, and his care here is tip-top. He is in an environment with company and the events manager does an excellent job to keep people's mental situation busy with many heartwarming events which boost their general wellbeing. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and the balance of Queens Court seems just right. Well done.
My mother was 92 when she went to stay at Queens Court Care Home. She had dementia. The staff were always very kind and understanding and treated the residents with dignity. My mother enjoyed her experience there, forming a genuine bond with the carers for the 2 years she was there.
Wonderful.
I feel the attention to care is very good, any needs are addressed quickly. The staff are friendly, caring and always busy and nothing is too much trouble for them. The daily activities are organised and varied, run by a wonderful caring person who gives her all to assist the residents and make their lives more enjoyable. She is a credit to the care home.
The entertainment was excellent as usual. The food was delicious.
Fantastic afternoon at Silver Sunday. Fun was had by all! The residents and family members were clapping along to the singer. Fabulous dancers encouraged others onto the dance floor. What an afternoon to remember. 100/10.
Amazing silver Sunday afternoon with singers and dancers and interacting with residents and getting them dancing, singing with homemade cakes and drinks! Thank you to the activity co-ordinator for organising a fabulous Sunday afternoon.
