Ever since I went to Trembaths I have been treated as part of a loving family, although it is my husband who is the resident. My husbands care & comfort have been exceptional in every way. The kindness of all , including cleaners as well as carers has been lovely, both to him & all our family. I thank god he is where he is & although I miss him, I no longer worry about him. Thank you to everyone.

The team went out of their way to support me in arranging my mother's birthday, enabling a group of relatives to visit together and celebrate the day. Very grateful to the manager and staff team.

Such friendly staff care for my very elderly, almost blind mother with love, respect and care. They seem to have her interests at heart and give her personal help. She has settled in well and she appreciates their help.

We are so happy that our dad is in Trembaths. He is so well looked after and cared for. He has had fewer issues and infections since having their 24-hour care. The staff are, without exception, friendly, kind, caring and respectful, to both him and other members of our family. The manager has gone above and beyond, with support and advice on dealing with various agencies. We can't thank them enough.

My Mother is 99 and moved to Trembaths in mid-December 2024. She was in a state of shock after a flood in her flat in October and made an emergency move to live with two daughters one after another. She is now settling down and gaining her confidence back under the care and help she is now getting.

Very homely environment. All staff/management/housekeepers are knowledgeable about their positions. First class all round. I visit everyday.

Trembaths staff are taking care of my father really well. He's always comfortable, clean and happy. We are kept informed of any changes, such as a recent chest infection. The manager is helping us deal with social services and has a great understanding of the system. We wouldn't want dad anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Trembaths is an amazing home for my mum, we are so happy she is living there. The care that she receives is outstanding, the management and staff are always available for chats and are so helpful in answering any questions we have about our mum and her care. When visiting our mum at Trembaths, we are always given a friendly welcome. Wonderful care home. Thank you.

Trembaths Home is just that, home for those who live there and the extended family. The outstanding thing as far as I am concerned is that if I have an idea, I can pass those thoughts on, knowing that they will be listened to and if sensible, are implemented. Food is an issue, usually only lukewarm and needs to be changed. Also quality.

I've lived at Trembaths for about 2 years and I enjoy living here. The staff are all very nice, helpful and caring. My bedroom is comfortable and I feel well supported. The staff are all very nice! The food is very nice.

The home is clean and the staff are helpful and pleasant. The manager is very approachable and helped with my mother-in-law's admission.

Trembaths is a friendly happy place! The staff are all fantastic. The management team is caring and friendly too. My mother is so happy living at Trembaths. She loves the staff so much. She likes the food and loves sitting down with other residents.

My husband has been in Trembaths for 18 months as he has dementia. Since then, he has become more relaxed, chilled and calmer, this is due to the care he is receiving at Trembaths.

My daughter has been at Trembaths for 18 months. She has a serious condition which means that she is paralised, non-verbal and tube fed - complex medical needs. She is treated with kindness and efficiency by the caring and nurturing staff. Visitors are welcomed and made to feel part of the family. Care couldn't be better.

Since mum's admission, I have found Trembaths Care Home staff nurturing and supportibe of my mother and us as relatives. Communication is excellent by phone, email and in person.

I had a really lovely day with my mum at the care home. In the afternoon the activity was bowling. It was great to see so many residents playing and having a lovely time, in a beautiful garden. Lots of laughter. The members of staff running the bowling were very organised and made the experience tons of fun. A member of staff who was on her way home offered and took me and my mum to the right place and set my mum to play, really kind. All of the staff are so kind and extremely helpful. One member of the kitchen staff, who was very busy, was more than happy to put down what she was doing, to let me out of the building. The security is well managed to get in and out of the building, as well as inside. It is an amazing care home and my mum is really lucky to live there. I came back home with no worries for my mum. I know all her needs are more will be met.

Good, reliable, attentive staff who have had an unsettling upheaval of renovations that took place making it upsetting for staff and patients in my opinion it was very poorly planned and exceptionally drawn out. Staff have been more attentive with attention to detail since the return of a senior member to the dementia area.

Since her admission following several falls at home, my mother-in-law has been so much happier. The standard of care is excellent and the home was rigorous to protect residents from covid. She looks well and is well cared for. Her key worker is kindness itself. We find Trembaths to be a well-run home with excellent care.
