View Full Details of Beechcare Care HomeThis home is like coming to visit my family. Whenever I come they offer me a hot meal and drinks. My husband has been here for six months and he is always cared for as if he's the staff's own parents. He's always well kept, clean and tidy and the staff love him like myself.
Very happy with the care my mum receives, she is always happy and smiling and enjoys everyone's company. Room is clean and comfortable. She enjoys her food and sleeps ok.
Dedicated staff give the best care they are able to. Facilities could be improved with some more private areas for group meetings/family/assessments. Need more tea rounds, need sweetcorn! Unknown value for money, as I do not know how much is paid by NHS.
My son is very well looked after. All the staff do their best and treat residents as individuals. The environment is always clean and welcoming. Time is taken to enable residents to take part in and enjoy activities. Activities are frequent and varied. Relatives and friends are encouraged with open visiting. It makes such a difference knowing that your loved one is cared for in such a caring environment.
The home is excellent now. The staff are caring and always polite and friendly. The management are very approachable if any problems or queries do arise. The activity team are brilliant and constantly coming up with new ideas. The food has improved vastly over the past few months too.
Mum has lived at Beechcare Care Home for four years. The last year has greatly improved. The home is clean and decorated to high standards. The staff look after Mum's physical and emotional needs and above all, she is settled and happy. The management is very approachable and staff are always willing to help and they seem happy in their job role.
I have no problem with staff.
The home provide excellent care to my mum throughout her time here. The staff are responsive, polite, respectful and caring. They value her views, opinions and always act within her best interest. The home has recently been redecorated to suit all residents' needs and requests. The activity team work well with my mum and support her with any requests she makes. The team are great at Peter Gidney!
I was anxious when we moved our son there, wondering if we were making the right decision for him but can honestly say I can not fault the loving care and respect towards him. In himself, he does seem so much happier which makes it easier for our family, and dealing with a brain injury resident certainly isn't an easy task either. Each and every one of them has got my utmost respect for the care they show my son, and I can't thank them enough.
I find Beechcare Care Home a well-run home with good facilities. The staff are all professional and do a good job. The rooms are clean and the manager and under manager run the home very well.
We were so fortunate that my wife was cared for in this care home. After her stroke left her totally incapacitated, she needed continual and understanding care, and this she got and more. I cannot thank everyone at Beechcare enough, they were brilliant! Thank you!
I am delighted with the level of care-the activities are varied and fun and the new manager is very hands-on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beechcare are Home.
My son, a resident in the care home for nearly three months now, where we visit him daily (11:00-18:00 hours), we believe that he is receiving good care. The nurses and carers are looking after him very well and are always available should he need any assistance. The nurses are heavily committed as he still needs regular suctioning. He is on peg feeding, so I have no comments about it. Overall, good to very good.
The care home is located in a pleasant environment with well-kept grounds easily accessed by wheelchairs. The facilities are clean and comfortable with the staff who are friendly and engaged. Very good physiotherapy services are also available on site. Overall, we are very happy with the standard of care that our son has been receiving at Beechcare Care Home.
The care in this home is brilliant. The temporary manager is welcoming and approachable. The home is set on stunning grounds and there has been a wealth of improvements since the company changed. Thanks so much to all the staff that look after my brother at Beechcare.
My sister was in the home for three years being a very difficult time for the whole family due to her deteriorating dementia. The home couldn’t have been more supportive with Covid not even creating a major obstacle. The home is in a beautiful area and thank you Beechcare staff for the amazing care provided to my sister.
I like the kindness that has been shown to my mother. Peaceful, clean and good, caring staff. Most go above and beyond their duty. We thank them all!
Beechcare Care Home is an excellent home. I did a lot of research before choosing Beechcare and consulted friends in the healthcare industry for their opinion and I am very happy with my choice. My Dad is always clean, tidy, well-kempt, alert, content, he never presents with anything that would cause concern. When he arrived from hospital, he was so sick that I didn't think he'd make it to Christmas, so it is a testament to the staff that he is still here two years later. Thank you for everything that you do for him.
My father was hospitalised and we were advised that he would not be able to return to his previous care home as he required nursing care. We researched several homes within the local area and after several visits, we decided that the Four Seasons Beechcare Home was our favourite choice. From the outset, we have received the most professional, prompt and most importantly, caring levels of service. My father is now 'home' and we could not be happier to know that he will be cared for as if he was living with us. Thank you all.
The management and staff are responsive to requests and suggestions made on behalf of my brother.
